It took five years, for Cairn Energy’s to get the ruling it wanted,....arbitration started in 2015,....The Hague ruled in December 2020,.......Indian government must pay $1.2 billion plus taxes to the oil and gas firm, which after penalties and interests, now amounts to about $1.7 billion.

Hi Chesh,....I remember you, from the CERP board,....hope it's going well for you,.....I see from your posts, that you have a s/p@4p entry target, here at PRD,...personally, I was comfortable with the "Operational highlights" outlined in the RNS dated 19 July 2021 ( https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/PRD/operational-highlights-and-placing/15064518 ), but the "5p placing", left me feeling cautious, as to the short term outlook, for the s/p,.....I'm fully loaded, with my targeted, six figure Core PRD shareholding,....I also have, what I term as a Float PRD shareholding (for trading), which I reduced today, back to the point, where I have Free PRD shareholdings, in both PRD Core & PRD Float shareholdings, plus crystalized Cash Profits,....my PRD Core shareholding, is here for the Full Journey,...my PRD Float shareholding, is for trading, if you get your Ask s/p@4p, I will be joining you, with my PRD Float shareholding.

There is a lot of potential upside, once we have the Tilapia licence, tucked under our belt, (IMO), investverysmart,.....it's the original reason, I bought ZEN shares,.....as an AAOG shareholder, I followed the Tilapia asset,....I have been pleasantly surprised, with the other assets, that ZEN now hold.

Well, I thought it was the right time, to average down (only time will tell), ivans,....which is what I have been doing, in recent weeks, took our Gross Average s/p, down further, today,....after today's buys, our Gross Average s/p, is sub, the s/p@3p figure, that you mention,....our next Gross Average s/p target, sub s/p@2p,....I don't think that target, will be quite so easy, to achieve, as our EOG shareholdings, are getting quite a bit larger now, but we are nicely in the s/p@2p range, anyway,....will probably stay as we are for a bit, now we have a decent Gross Average s/p level,...unless they take the Ask lower.

I can't remember a buy (4,000,000 shares, £54,000.), that large here either, Serif,....it's normally, very quiet here,.....we have, three potential triggers (Corrib, Wressle production & Morocco), for a decent re-rate North (IMO),....I have always been here, for Corrib,....now, Wressle production & Morocco, also hold my interest,...I've not finished averaging down, here at EOG yet, with the sort of buying interest, now being shown,....I'm starting to feel, more of an urgency, to get it completed.

That's early September then, Vitautas,...OK, I will pencil in, 26 trading days, for arbitration result,....all of our current RKH shares (six figure shareholding), held in two ISA's,....if you are correct, & we haven't had an arbitration result, by 27 August 2021, I may be tempted to open a T20 (covered, by our forward, surplus, projected cash flow, of course) up, in our trading account.

My understanding, having had discussions with him, on the subject,....is, that they are 11 year cycles, with each 11 year cycle, progressively getting colder, from 2020 to 2053.

Not something I follow closely, but one of my son's does,....he talks about us entering a "Modern Grand Solar Minimum will lead to terrestrial cooling",......lasting from 2020 to 2053 according to this article ( https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7575229/ ), Published online 2020 Aug 4,....which would appear, to agree with him.

No, I still think it's Placing shares, being churned,....if they forward sold enough early, above 5p placing price, they would have brought their overall average below s/p@5p, which would allow them to sell sub s/p@5p, at a profit on their overall average cost.

I also take the view, that a spread of investments, is wise,.....we have shareholdings, in 13 different companies, within our share portfolio's,....can't expect to win them all,...which is why our share portfolio's, only represent a small percentage, of our overall combined (inside & outside of the stock market) investments.

Yes, nice to see, that 1,515,618 share buy,....with our Market Cap of £7.641m approx (based on Ask s/p@1.35p), not surprised, interest now being shown, in EOG,....Wressle, soon to boost our revenue,....Morocco farm out, targeted for end of year,....I've been increasing, here at EOG, myself.

Good post AGEOS,.....Tilapia Oil Field,.....once we get the licence, there is a lot of potential wells (8 to 10 wells, was AAOG target, from memory) to be drilled, with the potential for steady oil production, of up to 5,000 barrels of oil per day from each well,....below the Djeno horizon, there is the deep Vandji horizon, that needs to be tested, is what I remember.

Agree, GRH...Bombed out, about sums it up, (IMO),....as I have said before, I have been taking advantage (averaging up) sub s/p@5p level,....I will continue to do so, if they take it lower....still have a very long way to go, averaging up here at PRD, before I get to your Enterprise Value figure, of about £10m, (s/p@3.4p approx).

Hi Blackdogtaff,....don't have anyone on filter myself,....with our Market Cap of £13.68m approx (on s/p@4.67p), I don't see that as over demanding either,....but if they take it lower, I will quite happily take a few more off them, averaging up a little bit more.
