Hi NigelHaemoglobin,....I do not know, why the man sold,....I do believe, PRD are a good long term investment, therefore, personally, if I had been aware, that a 5p placing was going to happen, I would have reduced our PRD shareholdings, with the expectation, that the placing shares, would be forward sold, resulting in the s/p being driven below the 5p placing price, then, I would be looking to buy back, in tranches, at some point, below the 5p placing price,....that would have been, my strategy, had I known the 5p placing, was going to take place.

Hi Serif, on Wressle alone, agreed, we look to be very undervalued, at present Market Cap of £8m approx,....I hope you are correct on funding, but we are still underwater with our EOG shareholdings, albeit with a decent Gross Average s/p level now,....so personally, I am waiting to see, how the new North Sea asset is going to be Funded, before increasing our EOG shareholdings further.

Two of the shares (PRD & RKH) you mention, NigelHaemoglobin, we have shareholdings in,.....fortunately, we are very well positioned in both,....looking at one of them (PRD), they did a placing s/p@15p on 4th June 2021 ( https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/PRD/operational-highlights-mou-1-and-placing/15005338 ), followed by a further placing s/p@5p on 19th July 2021( https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/PRD/operational-highlights-and-placing/15064518 ),.....the above demonstrates, why I am very cautious (all of our PRD & RKH shareholdings are free), with my investment strategy.

Agree with that, pauldrayton,.....the silence from the tribunal , after giving the July guidance date, is deafening,.....if RKH lawyers, have chased the panel twice, since the end of July, without getting a response,.....my thoughts are, if RKH had lost, then I see no reason, why the tribunal would not have responded, to RKH lawyers,....this leads me to believe, the delay is probably about the quantum award, which in turn leads me to believe, it is probably substantial,....hopefully, the uncertainty of the outcome, will soon be removed.

Yes, one of our other shareholdings (RKH), is awaiting arbitration result, Investoroilgas,...."Outrage as Italy faces multimillion pound damages to UK oil firm" ( https://www.theguardian.com/business/2021/jul/25/outrage-as-italy-faces-multimillion-pound-damages-to-uk-oil-firm ),....result is overdue, guidance was, result due in July 2021,...I have been wondering, how a positive result for RKH, would affect our GBP shareholdings.
