But that was very short term (the spike7p to a £1) that’s not how you build a proper business and thus his way of doing business is why the share price is where it is now.. He will never get that type of opportunity again because the vail has slipped and the truth is there for all to see .. IMHO

Looks like some bed and ISA ing has been going on judging by the trading that has been going on lately .. and who can blame them!

This business needs sales and has done for some time .. all the other stuff whilst good and shows which way the business is progressing (all be it slowly) . but income and sales contracts are needed to consolidate and move the share price forward .. like most normal business they can’t live off IOU’s or charity payouts forever! It’s time for them to prove they’re worth. But patience is needed In my opinion .. it’s at the very start of it sales cycle with a new product in what is a new field of testing… Rome wasn’t built in a day and all that

He has shown what he’s really about else where and has done nothing for any of the business he’s involved with in terms of increasing share prices.. on the contrary they are all at rock bottom .. most with big debts and billions of shares in issue .. so be careful what you wish for ! iMHO

There has been a few elephants in the room over the years. But the big one has been proof of commercial gas pressures and volumes! Whilst everyone who is invested believes they are here including the Doc and BOPF etc . It has never really been quantified with proper data. Just statements that the pressure is building etc etc . Whilst no one in there right mind would go a head with all the infrastructure development with out this knowledge…. Once they put out proper details of this . I expect the share price to start the upward movement it should have already been on. But with all the delays I think the wider market is waiting for some detail before moving in … may be?

Remember that there is a desperate need across the whole of Southern Africa for power not just Botswana and has been for years, this will only get worst as demand increases over time. I really don’t think finance will be a problem once the initial project is proven!.

nissangtr786 ... it won't go shooting like it did during covid. It will probably be slow incremental growth as news hopefully positive is released. There will probably be a lot of bouncing in the mean time. But very much doubt if there will be any massive spikes. Unless they get a huge order which they announce.. i'll be back in May

its a market people buy and sell. It's not a horse race with first past the post after 3 minutes that wins FFS .. This company is years in the making and will hopefully be around for future years unless it gets brought out!! Not everyone will jump straight in early doors. This will build over the coming months as news flow is incoming. The finance just puts one of the short term fears to bed

Death Spiral finance is the finance used by most companies when they have no other option, have diluted the F out of the shares and have no real opportunity of getting real term revenues in. Think gas and oil explores or nonsense life style companies.. I don't see that here whilst there hasn't been any real sales with the other products launched. These have been well documented and were mostly linked to the pandemic and were to point reactive to an opportunity that presented it self . And yes they fail dismally in a saturated short-term market. These are totally different apples and should over time lead to the company being self financing and becoming profitable. The staged terms of this finance means they only pay when they draw down after the initial £2m ( 6.5m shares) Nothing is ever free and whilst it would be great not to use dilution to finance the next stage its pretty unrealistic too

I would say the way the finance is structured is to not have to address this issue again .. hopefully and the facility is there if required and everyone invested can see the terms

I now feel for the first time that the directors ambition are aligned to that of the PI investors as well as the wider stakeholders.. and may be soon you’ll see this with some non option share buying from them?

Potential market of both products £300m gross... so over time this little company could and probably will very be profitable.. if the stars aline and a good head wind and this is why i don't see the finance as a death spiral version

Share price from 17p to 0.07p in 7 years this share has been diluted to death and to the benefit of who?

5.5 billion shares …. and heavily in debt …where is this business going? It’s a nonsense? No?
