5.5 b shares .@ 0.007p I can see consolidation on the cards here? If not then dilution will be ridiculous ? Going forward

I was reading Grant Thornton research report 12/22 .. and it suggesting the capital requirement is $22-25m US for the 2kw to 10kw expansion .. so it looks like a lot of dilution / debt will be required just to get to that stage. I am guessing that once the first 2kw of power is into the grid and the project is proven .. then the the share price will be considerably higher and the dilution will be a lot less than it would be at the current share price. Think most of the extra capital will used for the drilling of extra well to satisfy the gas requirement.

Might be right whizzer .. does seem strange. The project is closer than ever to first revenues .. but hasn’t risen much above the last raise price .. mind you there isn’t much trading going on either so most are holding firm!

Brad ...... I'm hoping you'll be able to afford a live in Butler and a house keeper to for that matter ! The winter is a difficult time for most and especially those living alone. Spring is not far away now Brad and at least you will be able to get out and about! hopefully.

Free...... that was always my assumption and all the research i've done indicates this to... Although the doc's investment has made me question this as had Brads view..

I agree RE: the good Doc it's a bit of a concern that he has got in so low and that he could look to take the project over and thus push out all the PI's that have been in for many years! I guess it all depends on TG resolve to see the project through to a stage when he can satisfy his ambitions. I for one hope this will only be when the share/offer price shows true value of asset, project, its future revenues and opportunities. Its been a very long hall and there's still such a long way to go!

If you look at Parson's salaries over his Executive rolls it's in excess of £600K all part time rolls. All small cap's with very limited resources.

How do you see things playing out from here Brad?

It does really suck that the ones that see the opportunity early and buy in then see the share price drop as the project drags on and on and on .. with years of little or no progress .. then when finally there’s light at the end of the tunnel in rides a white knight who gets the best deal for his $ of all And that then becomes the base price … for all …some which have paid 3 or 4 times this price back when it was seen as an exciting opportunity… but that’s investing it’s never easy to judge when to get on the train and when to wait for the later one when the tickets might be cheaper

It’s getting near the time when TG needs to start proving the doubters. It’s been a long old haul to here and most have either lost interest or believe the project is a mirage of his imagination. Brad who thought TG walked on water is now a non believer to.. Let’s see what TG has over the coming months to bring hope back to the many whom have been here since the start or there about’s. But are not quite drinking vegetable soup through a straw..Yet!

You never know they may even get those done before the end of the year! Too … can’t see why they would take till the new year.. but then I’m not sure what it entails

Brad I get your drift the next 6 months will tell us if TG is really serious about this project. Or is just playing at it. There is really no excuse for getting the job done now . Botswana and Southern Africa is desperate for power. and as you say every day we are not procuring power we are missing the opportunity to make dollars. I still believe in the project and they are getting there …but would like a lot more noise from the company about it, I really do hope TG hasn’t turned into one the average AIM CEO ………… where the shareholders are seen as collateral and unimportant

Very true I invested here before he came along .. And had my share’s numbers decimated … I definitely wouldn’t go near anything he is involved in, as it only benefits one person …himself! His salaries across the number of companies he’s involved with is unbelievable .. all for part time rolls .. most if not all are on their ****s … with the share prices at all time lows.. shocking really. iMHO of course

I agree they need to bring some credibility back into this project.. far to often do they set a timeline then miss it or never mention it again.. eg: hydro … carbon …solar… to name but a few .. TG needs to come out fighting about how this project will pan out .. what Aim is and a solid timeline for how they going to get there.. currently it’s way to wishy washy .. for proper investors to believe and invest in.. unless they have his ear like the DOC!

I’m really surprised they haven’t been out there shouting from the tree tops. This has been years in the making . Delay after delay missed deadline after missed deadline raise after raise . And now they are close to getting things on track and up and running . Hardly a peep out of them. Just a 5 five minute advertorial from Colm who is never the most convincing promotor. All very strange people invest in project like this with a long term view .. and expect a bit of a rough ride .. but being constantly under water for years isn’t much fun and management should do all they can to get this share price on the rise! The Doc has played a blinder in terms of his entry price whilst most of the rest of us have left holding the bony whilst the share price has dropped from one low to the next .. Considering where this project is and how close to first revenues the share price isn’t showing this at all. So one has to ask one’s self why is this ?

Brad I feel your enthusiasm for the project seems to have waned somewhat? What’s got your goat?

Proactive is an Advertorial type vehicle .. you write the script.. they then ask the questions .. think Colm said poles and wires will be finished in first half of the year .. but the substation will take up to the beginning of 2024 .. let’s hope it’s earlier! .. as you say Brad there’s not point in getting the gas flowing if there’s no need to .. so I guess it will all be linked in Just -in- time style ! I don’t think many of us can understand how difficult logistics are currently getting stuff shipped to Botswana .. it’s difficult enough here in the UK since lock down.. I’ve had a part in order from Mercedes for 4 months now and still no date for delivery.. it’s a total nonsense .

The share price should strengthen as the project moves forward! To first revenues . Although the way TG has worked in the past the real money is made when the company, its gas and power source is sold!
