Sorry roger i don’t agree with what you have said and have been saying for months .. why didn’t you sell at 48p if you actually do hold any shares in the first place .. businesses need capital to grow and whilst this will not please all .. it’s as good as one could hoped for all things considered. I don’t see it as death spiral financing at all ..
The company needed cash .. only 2 ways for a company at this stage in it strategy .. either placing with a big ish discount which would cost more and could fail or this type of placement where the cash is guaranteed.. the terms here are fair so have I have no problem with it … obviously the finance company want their pound of flesh.. but as far as it goes the share price should be ok and may even power on up
Looking at the RNS the company see’s Europe as more value able in sales numbers than the USA in both test.. so I guess that’s why they are holding back from the expense of trying to enter the US market for now,
Death spiral funding. Normally this might be true but gdr isn’t your average AIM no hope diluted to the hilt dog share.. it’s one at the start of its commercial life with everything going for it .. and yes they may well sell into the rise but it’s only 6.5m so not a massive amount .. this is probably as good as it’s could be all things considered
mikodx: There is dilution 6.5 million share’s but that’s fine.. brought the loan terms ..they’ve only been debt free for about 18 moths 2 years .. so your knowledge ain’t all that
RE: WELL I wouldn't want to be out over the weekend!31 Mar 2023 17:51
I’ve never read so much nonsense from poster who are on here day in day 12 hours a day.. talking utter BS and then panic when the Friday sell off happens . This is investing not betting on a horse.. it takes time and as Warren Buffet proclaims it’s the patient ones who win in the end
It’s a Friday afternoon sell off . Fundamental's haven’t changed most of you just can’t take the risk .. And cry like babies when things on’t shoot up as you baby research expect … boy you couldn’t make it up
placing ... it will come when it comes ... but all this nonsense about the reasons it has been announced yet is just that "nonsense" They have got it in the passed without any real route to market. Yes they had to discount .. but some of that discount was because the market moved up a few days before
In a way the way the AIM works it tends to reward those that are late to the Party, thats definitely not fair .. but its what happen mostly especially with long term drawn out projects like this one .. there will be share holders that brought in the first trough of share at 50c AUD over 10 years ago. Ok that was on the ASX but you get my drift
Mistrust on thee AIM is why theres so much fear of loosing and forces a lot of short-termism . It takes big balls to invest long term . As the rollercoaster ride will bring most to their knee's. Companies don't help this being very cloak and dagger about their strategies. The spiking does nobody any favours in the long term as you only have to look at Tlou. 17p 2018 to 2p 2023 and the project has moved on so much. De-risking has happen but this has not been reflected in the share price. lets hope the market will catch up soon. But TG needs to get out there and shout about it
RE: tiny mcap and Q2 is starting next week !31 Mar 2023 09:33
Think about that ... and then think about how many part time roles he has as EC or NEC or director and what salaries he is drawing from all of those? In excess of £600K and not one of those companies is or has rewarded it's shareholder other than costing them part or some of their investment. Most if not all share prices are at all time lows with high levels of debt to. I think most can only draw one conclusion from this whole set up.? then look at the other directors in these companies and you see a little club may have formed? IMHO
Synergen Met Yes they do seem a bit of a spiv company…. a lot of hot air with no end results. At one time TG was big time singing their praises. But that’s gone very quite since they failed to come up with the so called goods and have not been mentioned at all since …
Consolidation is not a bad option as long as the share price holds it’s value or obviously rises . But if it’s just a case of rinse and repeat then that’s a different story and this company will just become one of those confetti AIM companies … where dilution destroys companies per share value …. hopefully being on the AXS will stop this from happening to a point ?
RE: tiny mcap and Q2 is starting next week !30 Mar 2023 23:38
Actually it’s 2.5 billion I was thinking of Echo .. but the same in principle jut just less currently. ..but you can see where it’s heading . Unless of course they consolidate 100 of other 1 or the likes
RE: Most Retail Investors Driven by a emotion?30 Mar 2023 17:12
Those who fear losing money the most .. usually end up losing the most! Panic is the worst emotion for rational actions .. most will be badly research too!
