It’s classic AIM the gamblers get out on news having may be rode the wave hope. This may fall today but the footings have been poured to build a solid company with proper revenues .. not a charity waiting for hand outs

I know there’s a process to getting sales into the NHS . But with the danger of causing unnecessary deafness cause by using a certain antibiotic.. and now away of negating that risk .. then you would expect this to be roll out pronto .. surely they’ve had time to do the ground work you would think .. and when you consider the cost of resolving the hearing loss £65k or more and how this is now totally unnecessary it now would be .. you would expect roll very soon

I guess you’ll see today whether this news is built in to the current price? I can’t see a big rise as there’s some way to go to big sales .. but it’s a start after so many failures .. so it’s very positive

It’s probably because they can’t organise or admit they need foreign help .. there”s so much under hand stuff going in that region … so may be that’s another reason things have taken so long to sort out … no one has been willing to cross there palms with silver … so everything has age and been done on a go slow mode … it wouldn’t surprise me

Nothing goes in a straight line Brad especially in Africa. I have spent a lot of time in SA over the years. And they were always struggle with power outages. From what i can gather it's getting progressively worse and the whole of the southern Africa needs the power. TG just needs to get it going and light up the power points of the region

It's basically some who understands the risks involved investing in start ups and chucks large amounts into a project .. i guess

I’m with you there Brad. The 3 things I’ve based my investment strategy on are

.1) Management:
skin in the game
Experience and a history of success
Values aligned with shareholders and other stakeholders
2) Market :
First movers advantage
Need for the offering (in this case gas or electricity)
Ability to sell to more than one market (if required)
3). Finance
Tight control over spending
Realistic renumeration
Ability to raise finance
Tight control over dilution

TG and Tlou tick nearly all of those boxes and although it has taken a lot longer to get to where we they are than I hoped… We are finally starting to look like it will make it. I am a little annoyed at the share price languishing at near all time lows and the latest raise hasn’t helped this . But as you say the way he has guided the company through a very difficult period and not taken full salaries or even excessive options gives me confidence that his values are still aligned with the wider shareholders. In truth it was never going to be straight forward or quick to develop a new and complicated industry in a remote part of Botswana. So let’s hope the next few hurdles that will come before first revenues don’t hold the project up and the gas flows as required .

So Brad are we giving TG the benefit of the doubt? Regarding the latest fund raise then?

Integrity from the management is key with a project as long winded as this one Upuntil a few months ago I have never question TG .. but the last few things have made me question my trust.. The AIM is riddle with doggy CEO 's we'll have to see .. but still feel TG will come through for all LTH. He isn't the spiv type and is well educated operator .. so here's hoping

Free it’s not a case of dilution but at what price. The lower the price the more dilution .. we are all blind to why the price for a business that is close to first revenues can’t command a small premium rather than a discount. I know this business needs a large input of finance .. but it shouldn’t have to be at rock bottom prices surely .. but obviously has been!

The Price action on this share. Just proves that no one on this board knows what they talking about! Unfortunately,!

Of course the other elephant in the room is proving the gas reserves . And may this why TG was held to ransom over the raise price? May be BOPF wanted to see proof of the gas and TG ultimately couldn’t provide and this was how the Doc got the price down to this from 3.5p ? And the rest is history as they say!

I really think TG needs to address the mistrust that is now obviously washing around.. and really since the option offered at 4.4p only then to raise at 2p or there about’s to new investors a few months later. It’s a question of loyalty to LTH as much as anything he says he appreciates them .. but actions speak louder than words.. and yes I understand the need to get capital in but should it be at the lowest possible price? To a chosen few? His action have dragged the share price down when it should be on the up! Surely ?

Well that’s no real surprise… Selling the company cheap for such a small raise sends the wrong message to the market. Very poor even if they are banking on finance from these individuals in the future, they have set the bar so low..it doesn’t create positive momentum going forward. I really am at a loss as to why TG thinks this is a good strategy. You would think he would be pushing for the price to rise.. not dragging it down
