Well they could have got in through the normal open market .. but that I guess would have pushed the price up which either Tlou or this invested didn’t want … may be?

The one thing Colm did say recently is they would have no problem getting more funds in as needed as they had plenty of people willing to invest. What he forget to say was they only willing to pay close to nothing for those funds.

I’ve been saying that for months now .. TG is very quiet considering where we are and the massive potential coming ! II’d like to think it’s not just to keep the share priced suppressed in order to let these people in at the bottom.. even the Botswana media presentation back in Feb wasn’t put on the companies twitter page.. what is that all about.. Come on TG let’s get the project going for everyone not just the chosen few!

The worry hear is that this was always the plan. The doc’s been in the pipeline for some years just waiting a long with a load of so called sophisticated investors to hoover up loads of shares at the bottom of the market prices. As the long term holders who have supported this company through the very dark days and are all or mostly sitting under water, are shafted. I’m sure the Botswana pension fund must be ****ed as they first brought in at 11p … I think TG needs to come out and state what’s going on regarding financing the next stage as …from here it’s looking like a financial **** show for all the long term holders large or small. I’ve always believed TG had the wider shareholders its heart with the way his taken the business through the bad times. Keeping the finances tight and not diluted valve like shelling peas.. but the last few raises has made me THINK AGAIN!

£100k is chicken feed for a project of this magnitude. It does leave a bad taste in the mouth. Both Tony and Colm have said they feel the project is under value in terms of share price. And that they appreciate the loyalty of its long term shareholders. Then they let a very small raise keeps the the price on the floor. Hardly a good move for long term holders. It just put back the likelihood of the share price rising some time soon.

Got a feeling this deal is linked to the Doc’s deal. As the terms are the same or it might be that the share price has frozen for some time, at least it cash in the coffers of the business which it wouldn’t have been if was brought In the market. As Brad said earlier the price has been drag down by the last few raises. I really feel the share price is under valued and it’s up to the Directors to get it up from this floor of 3.5c or 2p. When you consider where this project is now and how close it is to getting revenues . My first buy was 11p back in 2017 when it didn’t even have certified gas reserves or hadn’t applied for 100mw power purchase agreement . Admittedly there are a lot more shares around now but still, the progress hasn’t been built in to the current share price? I think

Brad let’s hope the board start to grow some balls and make sure they get fare value for the fund raises that will happen as the project proceeds. I agree with you the share price should be at least 5p currently. They didn’t’ do the value of the business any favours letting the Doc getting so low. Can only think it was done to get the finance in quickly and push the project on. I would really like to hear from TG on his strategy for financing the project going forward. They need circa $22-25m to get to 10mw . So dilution will be large if they don’t get the share price up thus the cost of dilution will be huge! This is the part of the project that no one can predict as there is no outlined strategy. It seem very adhoc and no serious investors will not like this

I’ve been here 6 years or so and always had a 10 year time scale in mind to see this project through to full production. But thought the share price would grow over those years rather than where we currently are. But with these types of projects, creating a new industry in Africa it was never going to be straight forward . But it does feel like the worm has turned and hopefully the share price will catch up very soon. it really should be a lot higher than it is when you consider the true potential Of the project. There’s a long way to go but now there’s a clear pathway to success ? It’s not the time to give up hope …It’s time to hold for gold …imho

Let’s not forget there’s a CEO and an Executive Chairman both earning in excess of £150k + plus for part time roles .. with zero progress and no strategy to go forward. .. just a load of hot air and BS.. it really is unbelievable Geoff … money for nothing and your tricks for free!

This business (if that’s what you can call it) is like a ghost-ship where the owners are still paying it’s crew even though they are nonexistent .. it’s a nonsense And to be honest it’s like most of the other ones this lot are involved in IMHO

I’m hoping for more than ok! This project is about to take off are years of being held back this and that and at least 10 major set backs. Theses have been over come and we are heading towards first revenues. The next piece in the jig saw is drilling a new production well, whilst the poles and wires plus the sub stations are constructed. Hopefully the future bright many shareholders have been in 5 years plus and will be looking for better than ok returns!

Traders short term in and out in a day or a few days hoping to pick up 10% or more!

Investors whom are looking at longer term from I month up to a year or more..

I think 80% of the people who post here are in the first bracket .. with all the nonsense spouted and the *****ing that goes on.. sad really

From the previous wells it seems like it’s about 6 weeks from spud to working over the well once the drill has finished..

I agree TG looked very relaxed and very upbeat. I think the whole meeting and presentation highlighted the time, money and effort that had been afforded to bring the first gas to power project to the country. I have a feeling that the pension fund will be put a lot of finance in as it move on! Colm seemed to imply this without actually saying it. There’s obviously a lot going on in the background !

Tony said producing electricity as planned by the end of 2023. Colm said hopefully by end of 23 or first quarter 24 . I think they may be being over cautious…. as GG said on another topic ie: benefits to local stakeholders .. they were fearful of over promising under delivering and would not want this so would be following a piece by piece approach. Also procurement for outside Botswana at times can be difficult …so I think caution is the name of the game with this land mark achievement!
