I think this suggests that there can't be any fear of the gas not being commercial. A man with his education and business noise wouldn't risk this amount of capital on small cap punt without being party to information that more or less guarantees this will not fail. I would think?

Yes he got in at great entry price after many LTH have paid considerable more and have probably been in for many years. But still that's a huge amount of cash from anyone person in a very short space of time and has really meant that connecting to the grid is now with in sight! And with the loan being unsecured that kind of says we are on our way to first revenues and beyond.

Brad …I think you right about Opara gas .. this was on a GE power plant case study regarding Opara dual power turbine …,,It was commissioned using diesel with a planned conversion to natural gas once construction of a gas pipeline from nearby gas fields was complete. I assume, they like most of us were hoping that Tlou would be a lot further down the track by now. And may be go down the LPG route for now .. but would prefer a pipeline may be in the future .. But can’t see that happening for at least 3-5 years or more. May be sooner if they get brought out but a large company with big pockets!

Grant Thornton report (11/22) estimates Tlou will require an additional $20-22m of debt and equity to expand its power generation capacity from 2 MW to 10MW by 2025. So that's once it gets to 2 mw which hasn't as yet.. so there is considerable capital needed. I'm sure TG has this in hand.

I really believe this is his swan song in terms of start up CBM project so chose a big one to go out in a blaze of glory! Where he will be remember for changing the way they produce electricity in southern Africa for ever

The wording and the delivery of the news was possibly written to keep expectations in check. No mention of the rapid expansion from 10kw to 25kw etc etc. This probably was because the deal they are currently negotiating is at around the existing share price and any spike at this time could make the deal look poor … just a thought …. Then again they really are only reporting on what has gone on in the last 3 months. It’s all to play for and things are moving along …..but is looking more like early 24 for first revenues

I see the Opara option is now off the table .. realistically probably a good thing, keep the focus on delivering power into the grid. There’s more than enough to do to get that going in terms of capital and manpower for now. And I guess in the future it may be revisited .. but was always a long way off in reality.

Here's the thing ... the whole point of the test is to take away the risk factor. So if it was just easier to give them different antibiotics then there would be no need for the test in the first place. But just giving alternative antibiotic comes with its own risks hence they don't do it unless it is absolutely necessary!

Regarding Bonuses these should only given on Income received via sales and really should only be given on profit. Budd salary is exception especially for a business that only funded via dilution of share value

The company is a PLC and shouldn't be looking for handouts to survive. I would like to to see a proper detailed sales forecast. Giving timeline of what they expect to sell in each quarter going forward. This should include European country's country by country. Without this I find it very hard to decide whether to vote for or a against the funding deal. How else are you meant to make an informed decision. The trouble is at the moment everyone is voting blind

May be helpful knows better .. but you only have to look at what’s going on over at Echo energy .. to see how things may pan out ….or for that matter Coro energy or Corcel Too …IMHO
