With the Docs investment plus the BPOPF and the latest offer ( subject to it all being taken up) that's about $24m USD raised towards the getting to 10wm power supply. Originally they suggested it would take $10m USD to get to 2mw and $20 USD to expand to 10mw (obviously this may have changed) . But there doesn't seem to be any timeline on how long the expansion would take or how many extra wells would be required to service this? Any thoughts ?

I do agree old .. there's not a lot of detail in terms of where we are now , where we want be be and how we are going to get there. Assumptions are Ok but not when making investment decisions given what has gone before. I'm sure the Doc has a had much more detailed update before he invested. Timeline shift, costs go up we still haven't been told about gas pressures with real quantifiable values . An up to date value of funds required to get to first revenues then a what is required to get to the 10mw stage and timescales. It all so open ended currently. It would also be good to know how they are going to fund expansion beyond this too! Because it does feel like making a decision with one arm tied behind your back and a blindfold on

With ig the offer comes up in your account with the amount you can obtain. You then call them with amount you want to take . Then once the offer period is complete the shares you have brought are put into your account . I’d imagine yours will be the same

I get that whizzer this comes from the Grant Thornton report published in November last year: We estimate Tlou will require an additional $20-22m of debt and equity to expand its power generation capacity from 2 MW to 10MW

by 2025. So I not sure how much of the current capital held and new coming from this raise would be included in this figure. But the Doc is will to under right $5 AUD so he's showing massive commitment to this project so they must be doing something right?

Whizzer the 1billion shares (for first phase) went out of the window due to the big roadblock that appeared over the last 5 years. You should be grateful that your shares still have some values as it could have been very different.

Everyone knew that funds were needed to get this to first revenues and beyond. The last few fund raises were not open to shareholders. This time they are and at a discount price the UK based shareholders 13% on yesterday's price. This time shareholders have the option to help the push to first revenues lets hope most do! `i think its a positive as the elephant in the room has been where are the funds coming from . I probably why TG has been quiet lately as the rights issue has probably taken 3 months to put together

Agree, I started investing Tlou in 2017 based on the proposed business opportunity, need of the offering and skill and experience of TG. And although the road has been long and very winding, with many road blocks to get through. I still believe this will come good for all that are patient. As others have said the fact that this is still up and running is testament to TG and the board management skill. The months ahead should be seen as very exciting for the project.

Yes I do find it strange that they haven’t gone into full PR mode. But the’ve never been really strong on that front and have almost let the market find out by accident that how things are progression . They certainly can’t be accused of over hyping the project to spike the share price. But if the likes of the Doc are willing to put millions of $ in then they most be talking to the right people with the right message. Because you don’t have that sort of cash to invest in projects like this without being astute and I’m sure he will be looking for big returns considering the risk he has taken with Tlou needing large sums to get this project really rocking ! But like you say Whizzer they can’t even get above 3p or may be they don’t want to for the time being! Risk v reward well I for one bloody hope so … I’ve had a fair wedge of cash in here for years depreciating at every turn ."so let’s hear about TG … shout shout let it all out!

I get that headline inflation my drop but as we all can see ( currently in the UK) there's no guarantee that it will .. Either way i think a very positive indication of things a moving ahead..... And although his initial investment may have kept the share price down in the short term it will also be a catalyse for its eventual rise too.

After listening to the podcast i feel it's only a matter of time before this is implemented across the NHS and beyond. And yes with practise the results can be processed in 26 mins. That's all the time it takes to save a babies hearing. So why wouldn't you? considering both the effects on a babies quality of life and cost of ongoing treatment for life!
