The share is under valued currently ..... and the DOC has exploited that fair pay, let's hope his cash pushes the price up to reflect the true value and that the Doc holds on to his shares rather than banking a quick buck as the share price rises

It's what they have to do to encourage funding especially on the AIM .......I guess he may well have agreed to further funding further along if required. Maybe the pension fund want to see more progress before offering more funding who knows.. but we are where we are and present day values come into play here as well. Putting $7.5m Aud into a company that has a history of not achieving anything on time or really proving there is gas there in considerable amounts ...increases that risk hence the share price currently. I think TG recognises this and has got funding at this low price to speed up the project.. Yes one could say he's sold it very short.. but then again the world out there is in turmoil especially funding start up businesses that have been plodding along for years without moving forward! This funding should enable this to happen and quicker than holding out for a good funding price. HOPEFULLY !!!!!!!

Chicken in the egg scenario. unfortunately .. successful investing is largely about timing and the docs timed it perfectly. I suspect he’s had Tlou on his radar for some time given TG‘s previous successes.Not sure why you thought the Doc would pay nearly 100% premium Brad on the share price 1.93p to 3.50p. After all it’s all about making money. All LTH are feeling short changed with the dilution at these values … it kinda rewards investors that are are late to the party as they can buy at the same values…but on a positive note it will help this project to move forward at speed and thus driving the share price higher quicker. The big problem and the reason the share price is where it is, is because the market has lost faith in the project due to all the delays … my original investment was about 7p in 2016

The Doc has put considerable amount of cash into the company and the project at just the right time for all shareholders (hopefully) This is still not without risk so would imagine he is looking for exponential returns over the coming years. Tlou is now cashed up and must be ready to attack the project with a renewed vigour after years of being held back by numerous hurdles.................one would think?

The 10%'ers are selling in the hope that the price drops to 2p or below the issue price .. for me this is just great news in terms of the next years activities and the future potential ...this project can't move forward without funds and at this stage dilution is the only way. ONWARD TG!

Roger ......... they are not a sale team in the true sense of the word. They are more a sales intelligence team giving technical information out to partners and researching and gaining information on potential partners.. So really operate as a marketing function .. but because some think of marketing as a soft function and sales as hard with a more purpose full function ....so small companies will call them sales ... so not sales..but think in terms of the 4 p's

More funding to push this project forward,. Things next year look to be going full steam ahead to get this project going .. to get first revenues and exploit power needs of the southern African region

its all about what he can trouser, not what he can do for the business or the shareholders... its always been about this... you only have to look at his history......he also surrounds himself with yes men to make it easier ........ one to avoid if you want a return on investment .. IMHO

It seems a problem with all AIM companies... they have difficulty with telling it as it is and make a lot of the deadlines up to suit their narrative at the time!

I think that if there was a question about the gas not being commercial then do you think both the BPF and the Doc would have put there cash in ..."no" didn't think so!

That will be never then.. more than likely … you only have look at the state of Sound energy after his tenureship .. 7p before £1 fleetingly on the back of hype and now just above 1p as they struggle to monetise what was there originally without any of the nonsense in between!! All IMHO of course!

These aren’t businesses they are more like charities.. run with little or no profit . Kept alive by PI’s through so called investments …where the only people to gain are the directors !!.. has the penny dropped yet! IMHO
