Also paying at premium is are rarity on the AIM so gives some indication of the strength of the project ( all be it at these very low values) . it still a positive indication

Great news… hopefully this will really push the project forward or at least help . Things are starting to build ….TG is in my eyes a very shrewd operator .. it’s been a long time coming .. but may be just may be we are starting to get there!

Closed shop: probably the reason these companies share price go no where … spike initially then dive to the bottom .. whilst the directors salaries stay high and even get bonus for no very much ! Shocking really … yet there are still many who can’t see the wood for the trees .. couldn’t make it up … imho

I'm a little surprised TG rolled over and paid $53K AUD .. Knowing how tight he holds the purse strings .. can only think that the cost in terms of time spent fighting it would be detrimental to progress of the overall project.

And that’s not the only company One them is drawing excess salaries from …… it’s really laughable to think that these small companies that generate little of no profit pay such excessive salaries to individuals for what is in truth a very time roll … who’ s record on moving the business a forward in terms of profit and shareholders value is next to non existent. iMHO … how and why do they get these gigs?… and who decide these are the right men for the company?

Think they are trying to make examples of a few companies to force the issue.. kinda think the slapped wrist with a gift of 53k from the company shows this for what it really is …… “on to the next hurdle” …… I hear TG shout to his crew

So about 5% in 17 days assuming they work weekends … as you say that could be 10% per 30 days give or take a day here and there .. if they get another machine in to drill then this could speed up the progress further.. mind you there’s Christmas and it’s in Africa so who knows!

Post covid I think the days of dramatic spikes are over.... It will now be more of an incremental growth base on sales.. It may spike a bit if the NICE news is positive. But reality is the the roll out of both hearing and stroke products will be slow and as funds allow. But the potential for the coming years could be exceptional if the take up is positive on a global scale. The share price currently is below the true value considering the potential, but is weighed down by the failings of the past

Has his record ever shown long term growth in any of the companies he has been involved in …which I thought was the whole point of a business? Especially a PLC …the only thing that seem to have risen is the salaries and fees of the directors … IMHO

I think track records are a key factor when investing on the AIM ............Most directors seem to do quite well out of fees and salary's ........ investors not so good in most cases

The only thing that has been kinda guaranteed is there will be enough cash coming over next few months to pay their excessive salaries … no new business ventures to speak of …just hot air …whilst the share price is in a no better position than when they moved in 2 years ago ( yes that’s 2 years )…gravy train springs to mind.IMHO

You only have to look at the 5 year historical charts to see this ..it begs the question how are any of the directors from then are still in a job

Dilution is always the enemy of existing shareholders and Parson's is the King of dilution .........consolidation rarely benefits existing shareholders ..but does enable more dilution going forward! IMHO

Yes I have and that’s what I am saying .. Covid has been more of a hindrance.. the spike drew attention to the company from PI’s . At the time they were being back by a number of investment vehicles .. but once they were able to stand on their own feet these vehicles cashed out. Leaving Budd to deal with the PI’s and their impatience . This has made the process of getting AIHL and stroke products more pressurised that it would have been .. The potential is massive in terms of global sales .. if they can maximise first mover advantage … the next year or two will be key for this company methinks

I think the real problem with this company is that covid .. increased the expectation of riches (from the PI’s) from the company before they were ready to launch their primary products .. they weren’t entrepreneurial enough to exploit that opportunity and are now paying penalty regards the share price .. The CEO is a dinosaur and is not up to the pressure all this has caused and is much better suited to picking up his excessive salary as the process of getting their primary products through the necessary hurdles to market .. Hence his silence!

Along with most of the other companies some of the directors / chairman are involved … it would seem. imho
