Time was when we'd be delighted to get to mid afternoon with no selling - trouble is, no ones buying either.

Trout - appreciate the honesty. Guessing the gains weren't from here. As said, there are many reasons why individuals may sell so there will always be day to day sales showing up. That's different from somebody dumping or large co-ordinated off load like you get with pre placing forward selling for example.

I don't think we have large seller / sellers operating here now like we had at the end of last year / early this year. There will always be individual sells going through for various reasons. What we did not have is volume and any significant buying. There is no catalyst either that triggers buying - results and official announcements have been largely ignored. MM's not looking to meet be this. Almost like the market are punishing this now for being dull - maybe pee'd that the placing rumoured a few weeks ago got pulled and depriving spivs of shafting PI's as usual.

On a more serious response - new Nomad at the end of Jan should probably have done due diligence on the shareholder register and any notifiable changes from the published list would surely have been addressed then. Current list on the MRS corporate site is now 6 months old.

I think it was spurs777 who started calling this a dead stock back last year.

It looks like he’s right now. This is now pretty much stagnating at this level, nearly all news has been reported and I don’t see the much touted debt restructuring make a significant difference and certainly not one to get this moving.

The market knows all it needs to know and is generally not interested. Sellers took it down to this level and there are no interested buyers to reverse that. Coupled with the associations with Hogan and Zorbas I can see this staying at this level for some time. All that talk of 15p by Xmas, 20p on results, nomad, blah blah blah - jokers.

Given the last 3 years with this company, let’s hope the next 3 are pretty straightforward.

I suspect from quite a few, given the last 6 months down performance, recovering th SP to more than 6p will see them bail.

There is a massive gap between how the company is performing and the market. I’d like to see a move to fair value as the company continues to grow.

But then the MRS corporate site shows Zorbas having over 6.5 million so would still indicate a disposal ??

That would be interesting. Where’s the TR1 for that ???

Company performance doesn’t seem to be bringing any change in SP or sentiment.

Stock needs buyers to progress any rerate. Reading many posts on social media there are still plenty that won’t touch this based solely on the gruesome twosome. It could be that future SP performance is driven by their actions.

Bought on Tuesday, sold this morning. Nice way for someone to lose 450 quid.

Difficult to see what's going to trigger any rerate here. Very little interest in fundamentals and sound companies on AIM. Market looking for spivvy placings, rainbow RNS's and pump / dump merchants. Traders play the merry go round on **** companies for quick money.

To be fair, I think some of the more serious examples of fraud, deception and dishonesty on AIM warrant use of the term 'crooks'. Bit of a difference between the alleged fraud at CAKE and the use of lower exchange and tax rates in EPS calculations.
