The last holdings RNS had him at 3.89%. This is the same as the number reported in the shareholders info on the Mrs plc site. Difficult to believe that in the large volume of selling that has gone through in the last 2 months he has not been involved- especially with the volume of 150k sells and some 350k ones. Still think there is more 'activity' going on here than just Bachmanns.

Are you expecting full year results this month ? Historically these have been released in December.

Not sure why people expecting update / results, can't see these being out until late December. Normally this has been the time and I don't see this BoD in any hurry to provide updates.

Aim rule 18 relates to half yearly reporting requirements, with a 3 month timescale. Year end is 6 months and rule 19 ?

Lots of the twitterati been saying that for months. We've been ready for take off every week for so long it's tedious. A bit like a stopped clock eventually it'll be right. I don't think the BoD give a fig for comms and shareholders. They'd only be interested when they want more funds from the market.

Looks like our 150k seller still got plenty of ammo though.

Checking back all holdings appear to be as previously reported , with only Karrabin having reduced slightly.

If any larger holders have been selling, they've bought back in again to reinstate their position before the share register had been published. Maybe that's a good sign that having had the information out of date for so long it's now been updated ahead of what ??

Agree with the comments about Zorbas. I don't see any of the URU fan boys from last year claiming he's the messiah any more.

GH2004, dud as in:- a thing that fails to work properly or is otherwise unsatisfactory or worthless Whilst not worthless, the SP performance is unsatisfactory as are elements of BOD activity which some might say is not working properly in relation to shareholders.

More than a month now since the last TR1 from Karabin. Not sure if they have to report within a specific period of going under the 3% level or whether they can continue with an open order to sell more before having to disclose.

Of course, it could be that all the selling volume in the last month has nothing to do with GB. Personally I suspect that there are some other volume holders who are maybe selling and buying to facilitate the dips and rises. All the round number 100k and 150k trades over the last month add up, so somebody doing something here.

Feels like the SP is in a holding pattern - last couple of RNS's have not really lit the touch paper. Seems like the last 10 months people have been talking of this being in double figures - definitely a patience game.

Must be due a Bachmann holding update now - either that or somebody else is selling (or trading). Large holders can trade with their holdings and only have to notify when they cross a threshold (up or down), so not everything of size has to be Bachmann.

Anyone got a spare 750k care to take him out in one hit ? Lol

Looks like they've been transposed from the previous holdings RNS and not amended. Hopefully this is a few days old and that he is down to under 5% with latest sells.

I'm expecting to see a holdings RNS from Bachman before the end of the week. Whilst the new shares last week will have reduced his holding percentage this wouldn't, by itself, be sufficient to cross a reporting threshold. If he's been selling in the volume we hope he has, that certainly should and we should see confirmation of that accordingly.

Not sure I see the point in F up Fowler saying anything - delivery speaks louder than words and there's been no delivery for years now. The market generally come to understand what words mean from PF - not worth the paper they're printed on.

Patience required , for those still prepared to sit in there. I certainly won't be 'expecting' BOD purchases, reworked ME contract starting or the other 2018 managed service - they're just words from a discredited bul**hitter.
