It'll be interesting to see whether we do get an RNS next week (other than post AGM) or whether all these rumours being spread on social media are just attempts by some PI's to spin a bit of interest. We all know news is due (overdue, some would say) so what better than to start suggestions that next week is the week. Based on the general reaction, I'm not sure many have taken action, even if they believe the news will come next week. Maybe, like you say, the expectation is that a new Nomad won't make much difference and it's the other news we want - along with the clear confirmation that the seller has stopped.

Surely an odd thing to do - surely just the same as selling his holding ? Only difference being he wouldn't have to declare holding changes ? There's some inference on other boards and social media that he doesn't declare in line with regulations anyway.

Notwithstanding their requirement for a Nomad, the issue of loan notes to 2 private investors caught my eye. I wonder if Hogan is involved in that ? Maybe he needed his money out of here to fund there hence why he’s been aggressively selling down (allegedly).

On the face of it, this is a completely different proposition to any of those other businesses. Unfortunately this sort of association will dissuade people and mud sticks. Sentiment is a tricky thing to change.

Brenton needs to step up to the plate and show that he's in charge and promote successes (not ramp like the other 2). BoD relations with holders has been woeful so no wonder some are wary of what Zorbas and Co might be doing.

Constant , incessant selling. Negative sentiment and misinterpreted responses to the results. More vociferous criticism of Zorbas and major backer.

I don't see any of the other stocks falling so much because of the Nomad situation. Also, Zorbas and crony have been in place when the SP was rising to the 10's and people weren't complaining.

Things seemed simpler when we knew it was Backmann selling and we could sit here waiting for that to finish - and the SP would still rise when he was disposing. We have more dubious shenanigans going on now which the market aren't impressed with hence why they continue to price this lower.

Looks like the initial new year spring has evaporated a bit here (as on other stocks as well) and we're back at the low 4's.

No sign of the selling stopping either, plenty of 100k, 150k, 250k sells. It was said weeks ago that our seller must be running short, clearly not. Is it 1 seller , more than 1, trading with repeated sells then buys ? I have my own suspicions.

It looks like we need news to change sentiment, as I stated previously. I don't see the selling stopping any time soon (might pause for a few days) and sentiment doesn't seem to be improving , despite last weeks little rally.

Maybe I've become cynical with what gets said by all and sundry when there's money to be made on the back of it.

I try to look at the wider activity as well.

Also, sometimes people think that what was said was what they wanted to hear. Case in point - smudgedan said he holds more now then he has ever done - that can easily be achieved by selling and buying back more. Also, based on previously declared holdings, it would only require another 350k or so to make that holding cross a boundary. He may well not have increased his holding by that much of course.

In the end trout, I think you and I want the same thing - I'm just not as sanguine as you when it comes to the shenanigans that have been going on for the last few months but that's the AIM market.

Interesting post on Twitter claiming that 2 of our largest holders and supposedly most ardent supporters have been trading this significantly , probably resulting in the share price decline over the last few months.

It certainly wouldn't be a surprise if so - they can do what they want with their holdings and would hardly expect them to comment.

It would be disappointing if their supportive rhetoric was just bluff to cover their actions.

What would be more an issue is the suggestion that there has been possible abuse of the TR1 transaction reporting regime. Smaller PI's stand little chance as it is hence why the requirement to report movements in significant holdings is in place. I've said before that it seems inexplicable that the volume of sales has not involved anybody crossing a reportable threshold. Seems somebody is now pointing the finger.

Trout Big holders with a position over 3% should report crossing %age boundaries - it's not optional so absolutely we should know. Clearly they can play the margins and sell just enough then buy back without anyone knowing. We know Morfew is below 3% and a seller, hopefully he's out. Let's face it, people only admit to selling when it suits. Manys the time when they'll announce they're adding to counter the fact they're really selling. Hopefully selling is running out now, MM's are loaded up and ready to let this go once the news flow starts.

Trout May be worth reading the latest articles from total market solutions covering a number of stocks. MRS are covered and there's a comment on there that suggests keeping an eye on the Nomad situation. Get this sorted and announced and I suspect we'll fly from here. The market dislikes uncertainty. This is a bit like the Guernsey situation last year, once resolved people will be prepared to come back in.

How much appetite there'll be for selling in the 3's.

It seems clear now that until the board address the Nomad question then this has no chance of moving any higher. Clearly nobody is looking to buy in to a stock with a chequered history of suspensions and with the looming prospect -however much holders may be positive. It needs the BoD to either confirm or communicate positively on progress - not something they're good at.

Where''s the 2,250,000 you mention ? The RNS states 225k ?

old - my understanding is that when a holder owns more than 3% they should notify when they cross a %age point threshold (eg. 4%, 5% etc) either increasing or decreasing their holding.

Once a holding goes under 3% then they no longer have to inform.

The one bit I'm not sure on is what happens if they have a large order in to sell the lot. If a holder is sat on 10% and looking to sell the lot then do they have to report each time a fill is completed which crosses a %age threshold or do they wait until everything is sold until reporting.

For note, there was a holder here a few years ago who waited many, many months before informing the markets about their holding.

FWIW - AIM regulation is pretty much useless so it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if there's many instances where holdings aren't reported with the regulations. It's down to the company and the NOMAD to police this.

You have to congratulate the MM's and others working this to get it down to this level. Personally I thought it was being walked down and mid 5's was the target level.

Still don't believe that non of our notifiable holders haven't been involved. Between them they own 45% of stock and yet somehow we're expected to believe nobody is selling - pull the other one !

Be interesting to see if this really is the bottom but, for me, there is no good reason to fall this low other than outright manipulation. What gets manipulated down can equally get manipulated up.

To be fair to Greenhills, if he is thinking like this regarding NOMAD, BoD intent etc then it's highly likely that there are others having similar thoughts.

This company has had a chequered period on AIM since listing, suspended more than once, CEO sacking, to the brink of extinction, toxic board - the list goes on. Also - this is AIM and I would never put anything past any directors of an AIM company.

Personally, I'm confident that we'll get a NOMAD announced in the New Year and that the directors are not trying to shaft PI's. I believe there are too many large holders who fought to save this company last time to see it go through that again.

There are however, those who may see it as a game of chicken and MM's will look to exploit that. This could be one of the reasons why the SP has fallen 50% in the last 3 months or so as there will be some - like Greenhill - who have been spooked by the merest hint that this could end up being suspended or booted off AIM and have sold up to protect their capital.

The NOMAD question therefore may be a more important one to sort out than the debt facility. Whilst there is even the slightest question mark over the future here then people will sell (like they have) and be deterred from buying back.

G2004 - to be fair, sells are going through at 4.5 / 4.51 - this is almost certainly a buy
