Just re-reading through the update RNS from earlier in the week, one further point stood out - the guy who does the IT and has done Web and IT support for MRS , whatever he's being paid it's way, way too much !

The MRS plc website is shockingly bad and could be put together by an A level student. The email address on there is to timothy jones directly - err why not MRS ??

It was probably this clown that advised Hogan to go off twitter. He probably also took down the Leinad site and replaced with the holding pages - have you seen how easy it is to get cached copies of pages Mr IT expert ?

From what I see Alerion didn't even have a website - though maybe they were hoping people would confuse them with the other drone sites under the same or similar name (like Aleriontec).

More and more this looks like such a botched and amateurish scam cooked up by a bunch of muppets.

There will be some traders who took a punt in the low 2's last week and will now take profit before the next leg up.

Dj - actually these other numbers could refer to warrants and options that are not yet converted to equity.

The major shareholders page on the Mrsplc site shows that holdings were last reviewed on April 3rd but last updated in October 18. Why are they still so out of date if reviewed earlier this month. Also figures state that some 11m shares are not in public hands. Can't remember if that's always been displayed on the page. Who has those and control over any voting rights ? Every share vote is going to be needed if we want to get these c***s kicked out.

I think the BoD are now running scared. Commentators and posters have already reported most of what's in here and the Nomad has forced the company to admit and fill in the blanks. Hogan deleting his twitter shows how much he was worried about what was coming out. Pressure needs to be applied full on now to rid the company of this toxic bunch. Can't change what's happened in the past but they need to be cleared out.

I wonder who the update came from JZ, PB or has the Nomad forced it. Been made to fess up now everyone knows more of the detail. Don't trust the lock in statements - as much use as a chocolate fire guard. Independent report, from another of Hogans mates ? New non-exec, again will wait to see who they have ties to. Best bit is the EGM requisition- boot the c***s out and then maybe there's a chance. Let's see who dares to show their face in early May - if it even goes ahead. The GM is on the 16th for the vote regarding the ability to place shares.

What will Zorbas and / or the Nomad do after that vote, particularly if it goes against him.

There is meant to be an investor meeting scheduled for 2nd May. Again, will that still go ahead if the vote goes against the Bod.

We were meant to get update on the debt restructuring by the end of March. All gone silent on that (if there ever was any arrangements going on there).

It all feels a bit like an uneasy truce at the moment.

Once again, we have a BoD in conflict with shareholders , or if not the whole Board then certainly the chairman , and likely his FD as he’s a Zorbas crony.

We still don’t know how the Alerion acquisition is going to be settled.

Nor do we know what the regulators are doing behind the scenes. With the Welsh W****r dropping off social media this gives another twist to the saga.

Given the previous shenanigans here and now this farce it’s difficult to see how any faith can be restored, even if the dodgy crew using this company get ousted or frightened off.

Trout - quite possibly, let’s hope the authorities see it that way. We can raise the concerns but somebody with clout should be acting on them.

Technically, following the rules, only Zorbas ‘may’ be classed as related party - obscure holdings make it difficult to clarify.

Hogan would need 10% here to meet the threshold of substantial shareholder and therefore needing declaration.

Still totally dodgy and massively overpaid.

Not sure also why they created this new wholly owned subsidiary for the acquisition. Can’t find any mention of it online ?

Agreed, I don’t think the authorities would want to see the nomad walk away.

What happens next - will the company have to pay consideration in cash instead. In which case they effectively get the full 5p price instead of shares and can then go out and buy at sub 3p.

Hopefully regulators and Nomad pressure will force a change here.

Hopefully the FCA and AIM regs are all over these c***s like a rash and catch up with their dodgy dealings.

It may take time but it may soon be safe to go back in the water with the sharks backed off.

Unfortunately people will now see the disconnect between how the company is performing and the market listing. For the latter, the fear is that Zorbas is in control and will manipulate this for his and his cronies gains. The point indicated yesterday around governance shows that. PB will be left to run the underlying business , but no matter how will that does the SP and shares are a means for the Zorbas crew to enrich themselves at other PIs expense. As said, try and play the game and you might win big at the same time. Or you might get wiped out by the wrong move, like last weeks.
