An RNS delivered which throws up so many questions but that provides no comment or answers.

Duty usually on holder to inform company but also calls in to question the company and Nomads. Surely the company has to carry out some checks and audit when they update the official shareholder record. Also , did the Nomad not do any checks as well prior to commencement earlier in the year.

Sadly, nothing good comes out of here anymore. The whole situation is toxic and hard to see anything positive going forward, whether the vote is won or lost.

I’d say he is. The number of times we get pre AGM announcement because he knows he’ll get a hard time.

Most of the time he can avoid having to make any meaningful update - there have been frequent periods where holders have been frustrated at the lack of info coming out of Bumbly as the SP slides.

I think, like many, he is quick to deliver good news but scared of those ‘difficult conversations ‘. Let’s see which box our next TEMA update falls in to.

Btw - what would be the reaction if we get no further update with the Interims?

BoD doing all they can to kill off this as an investable company. Nobody looking to touch it with a barge pole now so will probably look to manufacture some event to get it kicked off AIM.

Now he’s got the placing he won’t be bothered about the flak or discontent if the SP drifts as the delays extend.

In a round he’s already asked shareholders not to bother him by his response recently to one poster who emailed him and published on here.

For once, why can’t we just have a straight forward ‘does what it says on the tin’ contract announcement. After 5 years, is it too much to ask.

My concern would be that WSG always seem to have to follow the tune of the market - just look at PFs justification for the placing , the market virtually forced his hand.

On that basis, if there is anybody in a pickle here will WSG once again roll over and assist however they can in easing them out of it. TEMA announcement would likely put the cat amongst the pigeons but a delay may help any market participant to extricate themselves.

Conspiracy theory I know but the market is rigged to help themselves.

PF also gave the impression that any raise post AGM and TEMA announcement could be at a higher price.

He may say he wants to pay it back but I don’t think he’d be concerned to let the SP and holders take the hit and keep the cash.

Jimzi - we also have the not so small matter of the long existing CULN. I believe conversion price is now 15p dropping to 12.5p from October.

I suspect Fowler will now hide behind the wall of silence now with the standard response that they won’t provide updates on MOU’s, LOI’s etc. He has done a classic Peter cried wolf, got everybody’s attention, took the million and now will go back undercover.

August is going to be a pivotal month - if there really is any substance behind any of these opportunities then there will need to be delivery. Otherwise it will be evident that we’ve all been spun along again by the F up Fowler.

Can you move that much in to an ISA from outside one ? Prices look like one but not sure on rules fully.

Clearly thought someone was selling in 250k chunks prior to the placing, whether you call it shorting, forward selling whatever. They must have had a sizeable holding or borrow in order to do so.

I suppose it depends how desperate the AIM company. I thought WSG hadn’t pretensions to be a genuine security company not some lifestyle company - although Fowler does act otherwise sometimes.

Any genuine AIM CEO who has the interest of their company and shareholders (*laughs*) at heart should not be doing business with an organisation that actively shorts the company stock. They are retained by the company to provide broking services to the company. It doesn’t sit well with me that PF would allow shorting in such a manner.

The thought that irks me is that our broker would be shorting the companies shares. Surely, they should be working for the company in obtaining the best finance deal rather than trying to screw them over.

You have to say Fowler is good at what he does, how he still manages to hoodwink so many time and time again takes real skill.

Yet another carrot dangled - this time it’s. proper carrot and a real juicy one. Because we’ve all fallen before for these tricks we properly inspect. It looks like carrot, it’s shaped like a carrot, it’s orange and it smells like a carrot.

A few weeks later and lo and behold the fake orange is starting to peel off and we can see a dirty brown beneath, the smell has faded and a more familiar smell wafts around - once again we’ve been fed another piece of bull s hit. In the meantime pockets have been picked and the grinning effusive bullish CEO will pull up the shutters and start on planning the next ruse.

This will never get over 20p , every raise will be placed in to at nominal.
