Looks good and pretty clear and concise. Having said that it usually takes a few reads through to pick up the twists and carefully crafted evasions that our normally in a PF announcement.
The one I always cringe at is when people suggest that individuals should ignore what gets posted on social media etc and rely on official news in RNS from the company. In my view , they are often the most damaging of all - many a PI sucked in by twisted half truths from a BoD.
The details of Hogans commission in the RNS was only done because of the revelations published by Tom Winnifrith. This included all the inter party relationships as well as the admission that Hogan took a large slice of the staff placing when he wasn’t entitled. Fact is a these crooks sought to hide a lot of dirty dealings and were forced to put in an RNS because of TW calling them out.
Rhetorical question - so why is that not market manipulation, same way as main market stocks when loading the book with fake orders that then get cancelled.
The problem is shareholders are under the believe that he’s doing one thing based on what he wants us to believe. Whether that ties in with what’s actually happening is a different question.
