Last placing wast at 1.25p , so definitely scope for similar at these levels.

The end of Jan updates over the last couple of years have quickly been followed by placings. Get some news out, pump the price, allow placees to forward sell and then drop the ‘Issue of Equity’ RNS.

As this drifts back down to nominal what’s the likelihood of F up Fowler pulling the same stunt once again ? Pretty high it would seem to me.

Thanks JM - not often you get people updating both when they’ve bought but when they’ve sold.

Often wonder when we get these little bursts in short order whether it’s an individual / single entity or co-ordinated activity by a group.

Going back to the 2.3 million sell a couple of days ago, can we expect an RNS ?

It was either Canaccord (RNS) , Fowler - unlikely but RNS, loan note conversion (RNS) or someone with a large holding below the 3% threshold ?

Seen many fast and loose games played regarding reporting on other stocks and with certain individuals but generally WSG seems compliant in this area.

Part of the CLN - didn’t that drop to 10p conversion at the New Year ? Quick 10% ?

Agree, to see this stated as a formality without the usual PF caveats should really be sufficient but still people want that exact wording.

As usual, the wisest words will come from those regulars who choose to sit back and wait on mornings like this.

Looks like the warrant holder flogged off their 375k this morning to cash in on the initial bounce.

Disappointing reaction thereafter.

Not that it matters given this is likely to delist or get booted off but looks like the BoD are breaching AIM rules again by not updating major shareholders information for more than 6 months.

I guess they were hoping that going into administration and ultimately being removed from AIM would save the likes of Hogan, Groves, Zorbas etc from ever having to truly declare what they hold. Given the works of fiction around TR1 reporting and the blatant rule breaking in this area in the past I doubt it matters what they put on their website anyway.

Are MPS and GPHA still talking to each other and meeting to resolve this, or are they now in stand off.

Until they resolve the issue I don’t see us getting anything signed though as you say we are getting paid.

Interesting that they’ve just created a new company supposedly to support this. Where have our payments been going previously and why only now if Fowler was so confident back in June ?

Maybe it’s our next business line.

They probably realise we could easily be here for another 4-5 months. At least we always get positive news on AGM day.

Jimzi - the selling has dried up but then so has the buying, no buys in 2 days. Hence we stagnate at this level until the MM’s play some games to trigger activity or we get news , guess which will happen first ?

There are always more reasons to sell than to buy, boredom, rainbow chasing, financial pressures etc.

Not sure the market does, which is why we still sit below nominal.

To be fair, PF did update last month confirming we are getting paid, what the waiting was for and without putting a timeline on it.

I know we are dependent on MPS and GPHA but it is frustrating to be waiting again for PF to update. It’s not like this is supposedly the only activity going on in WSG land according to previous updates (pre placing).

What’s with the little flurry of £30, £50 , £100 sells ?

Odd trading and getting quite tedious and frustrating here.

Another , tedious , tedious day.

So frustrating watch stocks in my portfolio go nowhere for weeks and months on end whilst seeing other stocks fly. Patience is one thing but we’ll all be dead waiting for this pen to get pressed into action.

Seems to be the only one propping this up whilst we wait for whatever next news will give this a lift.

Without strong buying on a day, default direction is for this to slide 4-5%. Today just another of those days.

Decided now’s the time to do the same and bought just over 29k. I fancy that this quiet spell means agreements are being made between MPS and GPHA out of the public gaze and fingers crossed for announcement in the next couple of weeks. As said, appointments being made are indicators also.

So much for the comments versus trades issue.

I’ve personally had more comments than total trades today - as have most on here !
