We get occasional stories in their press regarding negotiations and the points of contention. Just wondered if they were still talking or do we just wait for some random white smoke to appear announcing an agreement.

Glen - agree. Sadly this is so often the case with AIM. Market makers are supposed to be there to facilitate a liquid market but all to often they control and even rig the market to suit in various different ways.

Seen a couple of AIM CEO’s lately bemoaning the valuation of their company from the market.

Sometimes these have been playing the market for so long that it’s no surprise when the market refuses to reflect any value and just treat them as a plaything.

I don’t know all the history here but hope that there are still reasons for the market to eventually consider fair value here soon.

Are MPS and GPHA still in talks or is there some sort of standoff ?

Said before that PF must be so unlucky given the numerous ways we’ve failed to get a nailed on contract over the line.

No coincidence that the NED steps down the day before Zorbas previously announced departure, then 2 days later business in administration.

Very little confidence that the BoD are genuine in their comms around trying to save this. Wouldn’t be surprised if one of these offers to buy off the administrators is from Zorbas.

Ultimately somebody has to own these shares , fact of the markets.

Large chunks of these with URU, Zorbas, Groves, Hogan etc according to reported info. Like to think that’s the case and they are feeing the pain but somehow doubt it and sense that if anything does come through to keep this alive then it’ll be as dodgy as fook.

We are four months since the AGM. Around that time the impression given was that there was so much going on it was difficult to predict what would hit first.

Now we wait who knows how long for the 1 piece of news we feel ‘should’ be coming. Otherwise there seems to be no expectation of any other news unless a total surprise announcement. As we know PF tends to save these for a particular time of year.

Yrabs - I doubt PF does know, but if it needs securing he can have an MOU knocked up in no time, soon, imminently, within 30 days.

Underestimating seems to be PFs specialist skill. Along with underdelivering of course.

Jimzi - to be fair PF generally does keep pipeline information confidential. But when it suits , at AGM and pre-placing time, he’s more than happy to waive that confidentiality.

There was no necessity to announce Ghana when he did, could have waited for things to progress further and get to signing stage but he wanted a good news story for the AGM.

Suspect we’ll get ballpark revenue per year and length of contract.

That’s the spirit- let’s have some unwarranted, speculative, spurious optimism that finally we are going to get the RNS we’ve all been waiting weeks ( and months and years) for saying that WSG have signed a contract.

Looks to be new. A google search brings up a link to similar information from July 2018 but the details have been updated , including the use of word ‘new’ in brackets.

Maybe charges have now been agreed, finalised and for publication.
