Maybe now some are stating to see how crap the YA / RiverFort deal is. Issue share to be paid for on calculated instalments to use the money to repay a loan that was taken out to repay a loan. A bit like going to Wonga to borrow money to pay to Cash Convertors.

Misty - PF always has this delusion that he has put in place measures to stop the likes of YA, Darwin etc from trashing the SP as part of their financing arrangements when , in reality, that’s exactly what they do and he has no control whatsoever. Then tries to sweeten it with a suggestion that we’d share in the upside !

I think we’d stand a better chance of seeing the SP back in the teens if we started at 20p. Being walked down bit by bit - guess that’s what happens when you hand control of the SP over to the likes of YA / Riverfort.

It doesn’t matter how vague a deadline , or whatever you want to call it, F up Fowler still put that target up and seems likely, once again, to miss it.

For such a dead cert it follows all previous form that he still can’t get it over the line. Hence SP sub-nominal.

It’s got to the stage that when / if it comes nobody will be interested bar the sarcastic applause.

It means our investors don’t have to pay as much this month for the 14 million share they got on credit. At this rate WSG won’t get anywhere near the supposed £1.75 million they were supposed to receive for these 14 million shares which was going to be used to repay the mezzanine loan facility so they’ll need to find another way to make these payments. Any guesses what that might be when the time comes later in the year / next year ?

Feeks - like you I fully expect us to repay the remaining CULNs by June. How that is paid for remains to be seen.

Hereandnow - they didn’t take 3.25. The 1.75 million placing was a set number of shares which would be paid for in monthly instalments at a calculated price. All being equal it should equate to £1.75 million over time but could be - likely will be - lower based on the SP. Either way we don’t have that cash yet.

Feels - you assume that the loan drawdown was to repay the CULN. Reading back the financing RNS it states the drawdown was to ‘commence’ paying back the CULNs. Well they’ve commenced !

What will they do with the other 970k, will it be for ‘working capital’ or to fund other opportunities.

So we drew down £1.5 million of the loan facility out in place to repay the CULNs but have paid back just over half a million ? And that is good news.

I think sentiment plays a bigger part than fundamentals with AIM stocks. Many have garbage fundamentals but can rocket on a sniff of positivity (hype).

Spicy - spivvy

For me, it isn’t just PF’s delivery, deceit and reputation that are the issue, there have been too many typical AIM financing issues that have seen the SP on a downward slide over many years whilst the shares in issue grows consistently. The Darwin financing deals , and then doing it again after saying they wouldn’t. The spicy bucket shop placings, last time with warrants. Even the most recent opaque financing structure. All of the have put the SP in the hands of those who have no interest in how the company is progressing but purely in how they can manipulate to make a quick buck - rinse and repeat for which PF has willingly aided and abetted.

I’d say No and like others, think that the reaction will be wholly underwhelming.
