The key now is what are management going to do to try and rebuild trust and relation with shareholders ? The refinancing is way overdue and there will be suspicions around whether the company is obtaining best terms or lining others pockets ? What is current shed work ? What progress, if any, is the drone business making or is that going to die quietly and slowly now the cronies have their money. The BoD have trashed sentiment to rock bottom and every action is now treated with suspicion. If the company genuinely want to move forwards then there needs to be some positive actions that shareholders can get behind.

I wonder if Zorbas sold his shares bought at the 2.4 p level just before the vote result were declared? He’d have known the results and how it would crash the price, what better time to get out with near 100% profit. No point declaring it though - proper reporting is for plebs rather than the like of Zorbas and Hogan etc.

Matt - for info Northland Capital are no longer Nomad here (or in any other companies) and were replaced by Arden Partners earlier in the year.

I have written to the FCA market abuse team asking them to investigate the holdings RNS and requesting that they insist on clarification being provided. I have also set out that I believe the company and Nomad are both failing in their duty in this regard and have been complicit in allowing a major shareholder to commit market abuse.

It remains to be seen whether Zorbas really does step down in August but even then he’ll be a large holder still.

Still annoyed at the deceitful holdings RNS last week concerning Hogan. The company and Nomad have deliberately aided a cover up in relation to this holding. Whilst most shareholders hope that this toxic vermin is stepping away from the company it’s not at all clear what his intentions are. Disgraceful for the company to allow such blatant manipulation and cover it up. Same with the issue of shares to him last year when we were told it went to employees and contractors.

So much toxicity around this company and BoD (plus shadow directors) that it’s hard to see a chance of getting any return here.

There should be a clarification of the RNS on Friday. Taken in isolation, this would indicate that Hogan has gone from holding no stock to holding nearly 5%. We all know though that Hogan previously held more than 7% so has he sold all that and bought back in. If so where was the TR1s for that ? Or has he reduced his holding , if so, the previous level should have been reported. This TR1 is deliberately misleading and the Nomad should not have signed it off. They should be pushing for full clarification to be made to the market regarding a major shareholder.

Would like to think so but how can we be sure this isn’t just more games. The TR1 deliberately omits information plus how do we know who all those shares have gone to.

Could’ve been offloading for months ? Unlikely given the voting numbers.

If transferred or offloaded post the vote, who’s taken them and have they crossed any thresholds to report.

Company releases the TR1 so pressure should be applied to them and the Nomad regarding this.

Looks like they are complicit in trying to conceal Hogans deceptive trading. He didn’t notify when he got the placing shares last year and its highly likely he’s crossed many boundaries without reporting.

I wonder if the Nomad / regulators have triggered this or is this , once again, Hogan running roughshod over AIM rules with the BoD complicit in covering up for him.

Bolton - surely you do have a choice ?

I know this is hard to accept some times but if you have £5k in here (at current value), do you look at it and say you can't sell because it's surely at the bottom. But if somebody was to give you £5k afresh, would you invest it in here ?

If the answer is no, then what's to stop taking that £5k out and putting it somewhere else other than FOMO and refusal to accept a loss.

I know - done it myself plenty of times. I've had a couple of times where I've 'had' to sell here (to pay for other traders) at the 10, 11 mark and thought it was killing me to sell out so low. Every time I've thought 'I'll buy back in when I've made the money back' and now I could get way more shares if I did so.

Unfortunately, at present, I don't see WSG as the best place for that money, now I've bitten the bullet and taken it out.

Taking a loss is one of the hardest lessons but sometimes it pays to look afresh at your investment.

It looks like the large trades have stopped now and the spread has narrowed.

I suspect some sort of transfer has taken place. Like you say , could be one of them looking to bring in a supposed ‘unknown’ that will vote on their side.

Spray - basically what we've bought is 'vapourware'. I doubt it'll ever get off the ground - no pun intended - and after all the flak Talbot will look to walk away as he clearly didn't relish the scrutiny. Zorbas didn't seem too bothered with the fact that nobody believes a word he says. If he has been planning to depart since January why wait until August. Why buy more shares now. If the vote goes his way then he'll change his mind and rescind the proposed resignation. All holders have to make sure they vote and vote FOR all resolutions.

LSE site doesn't include the 1 million buy this morning in the Volume bought figures on summary page but includes in the total volume ? Did the same yesterday with the 1 million buy. Lots of big number trades going through. Whoever is doing what we can be pretty sure it won't get reported if it's our larger holders playing games.

In one of the recordings, when talking about the placing last year to employees and contractors it sounds like Zorbas states that Hogan should've TR1'd the shares he got. We already know from ANR that the Welsh w****r plays fast and loose with reporting regs. I think AIM regulators should be doing a full forensic in to Hogans trading activities to uncover what should have been declared and when. I don't know what sanctions they have but any misdemeanours should be taken seriously. Good to hear the BoD getting a kicking.

In the RNS the following is stated - The Company has also requested its registrar to obtain information in respect of the holdings of its shareholders under the authority in Companies Act 2006 section 793. Throughout when it mentions individuals shareholding they use the phrase 'we believe'. Given that the information has only just been updated on the corporate website surely they know the actual shareholdings. Or was the info just made up from calculations and what they wanted people to think ? Frankly nobody believes that Hogan and Zorbas have not been massively manipulating this and that their holding information is correct.
