Worth noting that Elliott Talbot now holds 2,904,000 and Jenna has 792,000 from the crock of s**t deal that gave Groves and Corrales their shares. Small in the scheme of things but all part of their numbers. Not sure Macquarie will have been in their camp.

SID, where did you get your numbers from ? They all differ slightly from the amount published on the holders page which was supposedly correct at the 16th April. Are these the official voting numbers. Surely each of these would vote every share they hold, hence my query.

Agree, there will be some reason why it has to be postponed. Can't see Zorbass showing his face to any UK investors for fear it might get rearranged.

Supposed to be taking place on 2nd May at the FTI consulting offices. Somebody commented yesterday that all 3 directors including Zorbass are supposed to be there to meet investors. There has to be serious doubt about this taking place now. Either that or only Hogan, Groves and Talbot will be permitted entry - and they'll all charge MRS 20 grand for turning up.

Looks like the holdings page has been updated again, now showing 16th April as date. Grove said holding now gone up ? Also shares not in public hands showing as nearly 40m , 17.86% ? Up by 26 million ish so looks like Alerion shares not yet tradeable. Not sure how Groves shows as holding over 13 million shares if the Alerions shares are included in the total for those not in public hands ?

Thanks SID, has that been confirmed by the Nomad. I thought the lock in had been extended- not that they generally count for much and get flouted all the time , as do reporting rules !

States that the information was correct at 10th April so the shares must've been issued by then even though they weren't then admitted for trading until 16th ? Should we also have TR1 holdings for Grove and Corrales now they own more than 3% ?

I see they've corrected the numbers from earlier so now instead of gaining 10 million shares we appear to have lost 100k shares. Maybe they could acquire a calculator - probably pay Hogan £20k for his.

It'll be interesting to this if this actually goes ahead now and who from the management turns up. I'd bet my mortgage that Zorbas won't show up.

WW , you say that - 'my fear is that URU will be his last foray into AIM before his reputation means he can't convince anyone of anything'. I think his reputation is very much in that state and most would not touch anything to do with him with a s****y stick. Why fear this is his last foray, PI's should be hoping and praying that this odious parasitic little jerk disappears pronto.

There has been more than enough evidence and information published to show even the AIM regulators and Nomad that this whole deal stinks and that the individuals involved are partaking in serious misdemeanours (choose words carefully !).

This may take time but I think shareholders, the Nomad, regulators and even market commentators like TW, Doc H etc need to keep the pressure to

a) get the deal stopped
b) get the individuals booted out

and hopefully c) get the book thrown at them to prevent them doing this again and to stop them from taking petty retribution when / if they do get removed from MRS.

Zorbas can hide in Cyprus or Toronto, Hogan won't be hard to find in Swansea. Thanks to TW his email address is there for all to see as well.

I don't think putting that date on should be deemed as sufficient and they should be pushed to publish accurate information in accordance with AIM regulations. Looks like they have something to hide. Check out the URU board, looks like they've done similar there with large holdings changes that have not been TR1 'd.

Just to add, if they’ve added the review date of April and expect that to suffice then I think this needs reporting to the nomad and Aim. We should be shown what the real holding info is and be shown now.

Aim rule 26 states:-

Each AIM company must from admission maintain a website on which the following information should be available to view free of charge:

the number of AIM securities in issue (noting any held as treasury shares) and, insofar as it is aware, the percentage of AIM securities that is not in public handstogether with the identity and percentage holdings of its significant shareholders.This information should be updated at least every 6 months and the website should include the date on which this information was last updated;

With the website info last updated on 18th October last year, 6 months would be up today.

It will be very interesting to see whether this gets updated and what the details are.
