I wouldn't rely on TR1 reporting to back up validity of someones holding and whether they've been selling. I saw on G4M stock an entity that was a month late reporting their sales. We also had it here a couple of years ago when reporting was more than 9 months late. The ANR debacle just the latest dodgy dealings.

It’s not so much what Zorbas does as non-exec chairman that influences the SP but what him , Hogan and other cronies do from a trading viewpoint that can do significant harm.

There’s no doubting that there is a disconnect her between company performance and fundamentals versus the share price. That can often be the case with AIM companies but this seems particularly acute.

There’s plenty of finger pointing at Hogan in particular regarding trading of MRS and the dubious reporting around his large holding. Only need to look at ANR and the TR1 there after the announcement regarding the Nomad issue to see the sort of activities some of the Zorbas ‘associates’ get up to including the CEO selling before announcing the Nomad RNS.

The company will carry on into 2019 with strong performance. Whether the SP ever reflects that it’ll depend on the shenanigans and actions of shareholders large and small.

Has it not been suggested by some that the Hogan Twitter crew are also on these boards - and some have been named ?

I thought we'd seen the back of 4's after the Nomad confirmation. This is still having the a**e traded out of it so will take time to edge up.

I see GCM have just announced their new Nomad - another gone with Strand.

Shareholders would still be able to fight any actions by the management like was done with D’almeida last time and him and his cronies got booted out.

My point was around the baffling suggestion that somehow a buyer was needed in order to take the company private in this scenario.

Silver - when people talk about taking it private they mean taking it off an exchange. If , and it’s a theoretical if, this were to be suspended at the end of the week and then no nomad appointed then we get removed from AIM. Unless they applied to go on something like NEX then effectively the company is private. The equity is not tradeable on a public exchange.

Some years ago I had a small holding in Teathers (TEA). They got deleted from AIM (no nomad) and whilst I still have those shares in my portfolio they are effectively worthless as there is no market for them.

The company could carry on perfectly fine without being listed - but shareholders would see none of the benefits and the management would profit instead.

Ian, Where have the company said this is in hand other than 2 months ago. Some on here and on twitter are claiming that but would you trust rumours and online postings. Worth noting how there was a previous attempt to steer this off AIM by previous BoD. Also look at the other companies our FD has been involved in and the fate of a number of those. It may seem far fetched but we have no real view of the intent of the BoD until they announce and time is running out.

Cynical by the BoD to once again totally ignore the issue of Nomad. They know exactly the impact this is having and are wilfully treating shareholders with contempt.

Suspension means one month to appoint a nomad or delisted. Given the time they’ve already had I’d say that if there’s no Nomad in place by next Friday then the BOD are deliberately steering this off Aim.

Thanks , but no real consolation. There are also companies who have put new arrangements in place weeks ago.

To be told in November that everything was at an advanced stage and then nothing since is very poor.

Let’s hope none of those still waiting put out an ANR type statement, especially MRS.

There were rumours that they were on site for the AGM. There were also rumours that there was to be an announcement last week, as well as middle of this week.

We are one week away from suspension , more than 2 months since being notified by the company saying that discussions were at an advanced stage, and all we have is rumours. Communication from the BOD has always been poor but this silence is unacceptable.

I see mentioned the point about common directors affecting Nomads ability to work with certain companies. Isn't our FD also a director of ANR, who currently have the same Nomad as MRS ?

I do think the debt position is just being used as a stick to beat with. The way some people are throwing mud you'd think that all other aim companies are debt free, stuffed full of cash and making healthy annual profits. Instead we make a healthy profit, have fluctuating cash which is closely managed and a debt position which is under control and being actively addressed. Soon that may get recognised hopefully.

If SP was 20/25p then market cap would be in excess of £40 million and hence debt would be below 50%. Catch 22?

Have to say , there's some nonsense being spouted on twitter. People going on about cash - ignoring the last cash raise and the comments from PB about the fluctuations that are normal. One even saying there's nothing in there about debt restructuring - has he even read the RNS. The omission of any comment regarding Nomad leads me to think that a separate RNS will be out soon with a confirmation, one way or the other, on Nomad discussions.

Will it be switch into or switch 'back' into ? My point regarding selling and notification is theoretical. If , as a large holder, you were aware that something was going to have a negative impact on the SP and therefore affect your profit you may be tempted to try and sell your holding but without arousing suspicions by having to declare. When people see large holders or institutions selling then it tends to spook them. Now , of course, there are rules regarding notification which brings us neatly back to the accusations against the 2 individuals in here and in ANR (plus others). Personally hope I'm well wide of the mark. MRS is as completrl different beast to URU and ANR, in the right hands it can and should do very well but need to watch for the manipulation going on around it.

Trout - there are suggestions that his TR1 reporting is dodgy so who knows what has been made or lost. I wouldn't want to bet that his holding here is as publicly reported- question is, if he has already sold out significantly why and what does he know that we don't. Fair to say plenty see him as a a pariah and associate that with MRS.

Guzzler - I see your note on the ANR board after the RNS there this morning. What do you think the gruesome twosome have planned here ?
