Some large sells gone through as well. I thought we might have seen some TR1s this week given the action last week. Some of our larger holders are close to %age threshold and wouldn't have needed much more to cross. Equally suprised that after months of selling only Morfew holding has apparently changed out of the larger holders.

Trout - I think you're well aware of what I mean. Given that a lot of focus, post results was on the Hermes arrangement and lowering the exorbitant rate on this i thought that an update may have been discussed with this. From many posts over the last week this has been one of the major points raised. I don't see why you take everything as a deramp ? My point was more at TMS not covering this than any criticism of the company. As a long term holder , I have no reason to deramp. It is ok to ask questions sometimes though.

There doesn't appear to have been any mention of debt refinancing. I thought that would've been the major issue though raise ahead of cash and Nomad?

Surely some of that new debt is exactly what debt should be for. By extending the shed we'll be able to take on more work and hence potentially pay down debts quicker. Debt for growth- isn't that a good thing. Most AIM companies rely on debt and share issues to keep the lights on and pay BoD salaries. We're getting slammed for trying to grow the business by taking on new debt that underpins growth and allows certain costs to be cut, as well as increasing asset values.

Interesting that this seems to be the major red flag now ? He's been here for more than 18 months. It wasn't the issue in June, July , August when this hit over 9p when it was all about Bachman being the devil incarnate. Whilst the name is obviously toxic to some extent the market only cares about making money and they'd sell their granny to the devil if the price is right.

According to the RNS , all holdings over 3% are the same as last updated in Mid October.

Begs the question as to who's been selling over the last few months.

Some on here and twitter have referenced and HL communication about the Nomad matter. I'm not an HL client so not aware of the content, but am aware of the requirement to find a new Nomad.

As a long time holder here, I've been looking to see company progress reflected in the SP. We all know the company is in much better shape but doubts remain around certain members of the BoD.

We were told that results would be the catalyst , confirming the previous trading statement. Now we need refinance news and Nomad confirmation. Given the amount of garbage on AIM it''s frustrating to see the disconnect between business performance and SP - it's time for some of that disconnect to be addressed.

Some capitulation going on ?

Almost priced to fail. I raised the question some time back whether the issue with Nomad was likely to have an effect - looks like that could be one dark cloud hanging over this at the moment.

Need to get that sorted otherwise all the hardwork that's been done in the last 2 years will go to waste.

Not sure how long it should take - I'm sure other companies have announced they've made alternative arrangements. Surely our BOD are not going to play silly games on this one ?

Still plenty being sold at this level and no TR1's. We know Morfew is below 3% so doesn't need to declare. Has all the selling in the last few months been from smaller holders ? Too much opaque shenanigans lately pulling this down here. Still a lack of sentiment and I don't see news changing that given most people know roughly what to expect.

Does LH have any executive or non-executive role within the business ? I thought he was primarily a major shareholder.

Appreciate that JZ has a very poor reputation from shareholders point of view , but surely an improvement on D'Almeida.

For me , the issue is still that we have at least 2 large legacy holders in Bachmann and Morfew (sounds like a 70's duet !). Additionally I think there's been a lot of trading activity from others - they certainly aren't the only 2 selling.

Fingers crossed for a change in sentiment and SP rerate but been saying that all year and AIM has a habit of not reacting.

Irritating and tedious ! People been saying for months the same but the selling keeps going and the price keeps sliding. Not even convinced we're at the bottom yet, this can slide just as quickly as it can rise - allegedly.

Agreed. PM has now gone under 3% and his was the last holding RNS so it could well be him.

Bachmanns last holdings change was in August, so not sure whether he's selling or now static.

There's more than these 2 though that's for sure. Plenty of traders probably been trying to play the swings on this as well.

AIM seems to be pretty bombed out at the moment so now much being driven higher on sentiment. This looks like it'll need news to get any upward momentum.

Absolutely incredible to see this in the 5's again. This is being priced to fail.

Either something is drastically wrong that we don't know about, or those taking the opportunity today are very, very lucky to be getting these bargain basement prices.

249015 and 150000 clearly sells but spread been manipulated to make them look like buys.

Numbers line up with earlier buys (including 97015) at the days high.

Could the fact that Nortland will cease as Nomad early next year and a new Nomad needs to be appointed be creating some uncertainty?

I wouldn't say that our sellers have been that active over the last couple of weeks but still the slide continues.

Still a large overhang to go and it doesn't look like there's much interest even at these so called 'bargain' prices. On any other stock this would be all the hallmarks of a pre-placing walkdown.

Good luck guessing how far the bottom is but certainly looks like we'll be sliding in to the 5's pretty soon.

Interesting to note that the PM holding threshold was reported as crossed the day after the update on likely results. Timed to keep the price subdued or hoping to offload in to a more buoyant response ? Who knows ? He has another 5 m to go though and doesn't have to update now gone under 3%.

I'd say the green light is well and truly shining now. Problem is AIM really turgid at the moment. It's not sellers that are necessarily the problem - there are always many reasons to sell - just no buyers around. Those that are will be chasing the latest P&D and hole in the ground stocks for quick riches (or not). Only buys will help this rerate and none of the news seems to interest buyers. Could be a long wait to get any decent uplift.
