Yes I was factoring-in the extra 50p further dilution for what I expect will be a closed (new money) fund raise in late summer

After all 80% of investors say they won’t support another raise according to some

Personally, I want to take part to avoid too much dilution I do still believe in the vision and key personel. And I’ll take the full 150p please 😉

I expect the buy out mid to end 2024 after we have multiple MSC ships and a new charterer bunkering ships on a regular basis 😁

I’m in the camp that believes the BOD when they told us just how busy the key players are.

You would expect a small team to be incredibly busy if all of the ongoing priority projects were genuinely progressing towards commerciality as they state.

If you look at the complexity of the SLS Agreement with Valkor. And if you consider that another one is currently in the making with a potential fuel supplier (in a complex tripartite agreement) and the high legal bar that both MSC and (fuel supplier) will have us negotiate.

Then the amount of director energy involved will be significant!

By the way, the technical team will be significantly busy also. We are supporting Morocco trial, were on hand for the Leandra V dry dock according to the image Dustofnations posted, will be involved in the Hazop study and will be planning other trials and customer support as the commercial side dictates.

I think the confidence and positivity exuded by JM in the proactive interview was telling. They will have a lot to tell us and answers will be delivered from a positive position when we get our IC.

If you look back to the last live-stream Utah Permits hearing. The chair was positively gushing when Stephen Byles answered his question re what he hoped to do with the oil.(notwithstanding his reply included supplying a shipping trial with low sulphur oil?!)

I guess the timing of this agreement is hugely important to getting these permits over the line.

Utah hopes to finally open up its tar sands wealth and Valkor/Quadrise offer a real potential to do so.

Hoodoo aren’t fighting over an empty box. Valkor look to have the tools to finally open it and release the genie.

AC Oil

AC Oil is drilling 3 (AC Oil 1,2,6) exploration wells of which 2 (AC Oil 1,2) will be converted to production wells once the permits for these have been received. The purpose of the exploration wells is to confirm no water is in the target formation and to accurately confirm the depth (top and bottom) of the target formation. Core samples will be taken which will be tested for oil saturation, as well.

I think AC Oil is not owned by but instead is drilling in TomCo owned Greenfield licence land.

I agree that the conditions appertaining to the SLS Agreement do dampen things a bit. This is however Quadrise very first commercial agreement and as such is extremely important and very much appreciated.

Would you be able to explain why you see TomCo involved in the current Utah drill permits deliberations?

I has assumed that this was solely Heavy Sweet Oil and AC oil on behalf of Valkor involved in this primary project?
