From the original Agreement RNS
The original Commercial Development Agreement ("CDA") between Quadrise and Valkor, announced on 11 April 2022, defined the joint intent to complete commercial scoping to deploy Quadrise's technology at the Primary Project Site in which Valkor holds an equity interest ("Phase 1") and then to license Quadrise's technology to Valkor on a conditionally exclusive basis, with Quadrise providing services, additives and technical support for production and use of MSAR® and bioMSAR™ fuel in energy applications ("Phase 2").
So depends what the exclusive conditions are but I’m thinking no one will get a sniff of our tech in the Utah area until and before Valkor have fully developed its use in their applications.
Alliance News item:
Quadrise PLC - London-based clean energy technology provider - Agrees with Vertoro BV to extend the scope of its joint development agreement to include the development of its emulsion technology, bioMSAR Zero incorporating CSO, for testing at sea on-board a newly-designed prototype motor yacht. The firms, which have been collaborating since September 2022, will carry out a land based testing programme to investigate the performance of both premixed and blend-on-board bioMSAR Zero solutions. End
We’re told in the media news piece that the boat/ engine to be used for our sea trials will be a newly designed prototype.
The new Focus (prototype) 3x can be powered by several engines. Look in their social media posts. I looked for the best fit for our synthetic diesel fuel and it looks to be the entry level Mercury 3.0L 270HP diesel.
Mercury was formed out of collaboration between Cummins and Mercruiser.
The Quadrise test engine (at Aquafuel) is a 40kW Cummins marine diesel. There has been much tweaking of this engine re timing etc in order to get optimised efficiency and performance with our different formulation fuels. So masses of learning between QED/Aquafuel/Cummins I guess.
So I looked for a suitable candidate in the 3x offering that might fit that bill. Mercury looks a good fit with the Cummins input they will know/ be able to advise on the engine injection profile and timing setup that will be required.
Anyway what I’m getting at is that the boat is nearly ready for a soft launch (at Cannes in September) to tie-in with the Vertoro news statement.
The engine tweaks and set up is just that, it won’t need a redesign but is rather ‘designed for these fuels’ in what is a prototype new boat.
My assumption is that this boat and engine combination will be quickly ready for our testing. Not withstanding that we have some land based testing to go through firstly in order to get those setup parameters nailed down in this particular (smaller) engine/power train combination.
But blend on board? Wow that’s going to be miniaturised . . . Not thought much about that yet
Happy days 😊
Talking of sustainable fuels take a look at this crap 🤣

And Focus Motoryachts also just announced a new distributor in Fort Lauderdale USA yachtCreators
It won’t take long for mr America investors to link QED with Focus/Valkor/Utah/Ocean decarbonisation
Jigsaw pieces are dropping in nicely now and we are certainly in a news rich period
More potential investors 😋
This is one of our current projects. BioZero with Vertoro. Far more positive a move than you think HF14yo
If you’ve got £750k to spend on a luxury yacht you’ve got money to invest.
If you’ve got money to invest and you see a new opportunity billed as also a container ship decarbonisation development. . . .happy days
BioZero is what will make those who stay the course here rich beyond our wildest dreams. Who knows, I might even buy a motor yacht 😊

Bring it on!
Whether flown or shipped I’m looking forward to the video or images that follow
Last time we got a nice video showing us Lynn with a spatula indicating just how waxy and immobile the sample was. It was surface mined though (that was where the three weeks delay came from I guess)
Looking forward to muchos good news in coming weeks 👏👍
Thanks very encouraging

There should be a nice incentive for all associates to get this up and running quick as.
The whole reason that we are so important (instrumental) to success in Vernal/Utah is the proximity to refining capacity. It’s basically non existent. The nearest refineries are in Salt Lake City hundreds of miles away. The only route for heavy waxy oil is in heated Train tankers and there’s no train line yet.
We (our technology) cuts out the need for upstream refining of the output product. We turn the heavy waxy oil tar into heavy sweet low carbon oil like a no6 heating oil. Or a marine lsfo.
HSO aren’t physically selling this stuff until our MMU is commissioned and we’re pumping the black gold. Not unless they’re planning on selling it for road tar. 🤩
Steve Byles has stated that he will be ‘Marketing the product’ the output from the QED process, the commercially ready heavy sweet low sulphur/low carbon intensity oil. By the turn of the half year.
That’s great news. He’s a go-getter! He’s going to be marketing the output product looking for customers even whilst we are making ready and delivering/commissioning the MMU kit to the production site at the well head.
I’m sure that Valkor/HSO will be producing and storing raw oil before we are commissioned in readiness for selling the stuff!
Positivity breeds success. Giddy up HSO and Valkor 👍
I always thought that Utah could be first.
The upstream utilisation of our technology can be quickly implemented and effectively integrated into a low production output model.
Even at 20-40 barrels of output per well per day and only 3-4 wells producing, it’s still commercialisation and a welcome further milestone hit.
Steve Byles has often spoken enthusiastically about us and how the project might rapidly become successful.
I’m with Crownos that further funding will likely be contingent upon successful testing of the initial product from well 1.
But by June. . . Not long at all for us to wait.
Come on Valkor as us Brits might say 👏
I’m looking forward to this being the first in a string of good news RNS’s in the short term here there’s lots now to look out for. 😊
