Yes and my understanding of the BTG/Euthenia connection is the Investment needed to build and operate the bio oil Pyrolysis plant (close to San Roque and Algeciras) that we will need to then further process the blending of BioMSAR zero for marine bunkers. That’s what Energy Charter/Energy Group was set up to do, get investment into and manage these Bio Energy projects beyond established production. Exciting times ahead and pedal is being pushed to the floor.
Interesting that the Euthenia owner mentions aviation and marine in his statement on the partnership?!

Yes we all want the initial commercial breakthrough. But good solid evolutionary programmes for our products will help us facilitate the investment leverage that we will need.

I’m being only partially quoted below on a different thread?! but I’m saying the same thing.
The legal eagles have sent this back (as happens all too often in corporate projects) “what about doing this ? We will be better placed doing this? Why construct it this way? Have we thought about structuring it like this?”
As a result the (full agreement) takes longer.
Pi’s will get nervous. Let’s put out a partial holding agreement to reveal partners and calm the market.
If we’d got the full schebang then JM’s expectations of a rerate would have come off. Probably.
We are where we are, it’s coming, it’s going to be big.
I’m of the view that JM needed to get something out because as the agreements got legal attention it became increasingly clear that this was going to take longer. The sp was going south if nothing announced. 👍I don’t think JM expected a re-rate on the back of the limited ‘news’ that we got as encouraging as it is, especially with the potential for funding runway hanging over us.
We can see where we are going and we have enough skin in the game to want to support this fabulous evolutionary journey.
But it’s gonna take a while longer.

having listened to the ************* interview a few times i’m particularly struck by the revelation that an agreement is being constructed to manage the toll manufacture of fuel for the trial by quadrise with fuel supply to msc and feedstocks supply to the manufacturing unit by cargill.
so we would not be selling the mmu but rather using our kit to manufacture fuel and selling the fuel product to cargill to bunker into msc.
exciting concept where we can, as i always understood, make more money/profit on revenue from tolling model than the other models involving licensing and selling kit.
any thoughts out there on the implications of this revelation?
we would be funding the mmu i guess.
but we would be inflating sale price of the products by amortisation of the kit into our offering.
we would need manpower on site after initial technology transfer and training.
but it seems logical for a multinational commodity trading company such as cargill to want the quality fuel product manufactured and supplied where it needs it in the volumes it requires.

I don’t think funding will be debt until we are commercial.
I think the long suffering PI’s will be given another chance as Fyoz says to fund our company to the finish line.
I wish the funding had been better constructed/delivered in July

I’m thinking we will probably get an Open Offer very shortly and I’m guessing the market behaviour today concurs. I would have felt differently if Mr and Mrs America had joined the party after lunch. I’m happy to fund the future looks extremely positive on these partners and knowing what we learned from the original partial LOnO and its effect on sp. 😊

We didn’t have a Cargill rolling the dice with us last time with all the Trading and marketing that implies for our two new products, or the Biofuels feedstock access and biofuel supply that implies.
Nor indeed did we have the other molecules in CSO and LigninOil and the BioZero by 2030 that comes with them.
No. This time we will blow 50p away on the trial and with commercial production we are worth a quid at least.

Clearly there are still bits as yet un sorted at the MAC end that will as yet hold up installation of our kit.
But. This is massive.
Not She’ll but better in some ways as the partners are exactly what we need to manufacture, deliver and TRADE our new products into the marine market
