A warming post on its own š
But it got me thinking about potential beyond what we believe is about to/likely to happen with the clues that we have.
One example that Iām considering is the mighty Shoaiba and the House of Saud.
Didnāt they eventually tell us that it was their conservative nature and the fact that they would have been first mover had they signed-up with us in mid 20 teens that made them pull out?!
JM spent hundreds of hours there and we were certainly close.
Put us in a position where we have built plants and reputations and are servicing several large customers effectively and I can see them back.
Your multiple Ā£ās aināt no pipe dream in that scenario eh?!

A sound strategy!
I need to set my trigger points
Itās not as if I have not had enough time Iāve only been accumulating here for 12 years š
I agree with your RNS rationale also.
But herein is my quandary
I feel that I need the establishment of probable value by the release of that all important defining news.
I donāt want to let a portion go undervalued/too early if the prospects look better than Iāve always assumed. Iām financially secure and have plans in place for a reasonably comfortable short term future. The recent blue-chip comments have given me serious pause for thought. šø
The board wonāt recognise an early bid as being in shareholders best interests
Since when did a āblue chipā get sold for 50p a share
The opportunity that is a sustainable marine fuel #SMF that only our tech can deliver in the next two years or so makes us worth multiples of that
šŗ šat least 150p by early 2026 š
Nice find diverking
Mmh? Problem is with these new biofuels the food/food land competition. . .
āUsing non-edible feedstock such as castor beans, rather than maize or sugar cane, should help alleviate food security concerns.ā
[And]
āHoarding enough feedstock to keep up with rising demand, without compromising the food supply chain, will remain a challenge.ā
Indeed it will.
But we know of a couple of projects/processes that consume non-food, non edible, bio-waste. Such as roadside grasses and sawdust. Which, when teamed with Quadriseās emulsion technology to mix polar and apolar molecules (residue and sugar oils) Results in a sustainable marine fuel at commercial scale.
The film is about to start, the trailer was excellent, Bring it on!
Good question
I would want to ensure that the start-up vendor was financially as well as intellectually secure.
So I would want to see a deal to finance the short to mid term before the product is self funding,
I would also want security regarding its patents as well as first mover incentives.
We know that the company is in discussions with investment entities in order to facilitate evolution. But you make a good point about how the cake is sliced up for the partners.
Then there is price premiums re Bio over MSAR and zero as top of the range. They should be concerned with all of these aspects.
Itās a fair old agreement to undertake!
Indeed
And the BioMSAR glycerin option is not really established as a marketable commodity yet.
Article this week on this is money site had MSAR going into immediate commercial production (after the MSC trial) but no mention of BioMSAR production.
Powder, dry, cost premium = š„
CSO evolution = š„ š„

I looked at the Vertoro partners pages and the SOL project (itās about emulsions of Residue and CSO so itās us)
Interesting read if itās not already been discussed

All the variants need to be bunkered separately so I canāt see them being looked at as āthe sameā.
If a customer is paying a premium for top of the range, thatās what the bunker partner needs to deliver.
I think there will be horses for courses.
Whole āmiddle serviceā supply chains will need to be set up and managed to keep the specifications apart.
If Iām buying zero I wonāt want 70%HFO contaminants from a rogue barge.
Thereās plenty of scope for MSAR
It utilises residue effectively replacing the current expensive viscosity regulator used to make HFO with water and chemicals, so freeing up the 30% distillates. It reduces carbon andNox emissions and saves money. The industry will be queuing up to get hold of it to use on existing scrubbed ships in the fleet.

Someone take note. . .
āSignatories have pledged to 'contribute... to transitioning away from fossil fuels in energy systems in a just, orderly and equitable manner'.ā
World leaders speaking The language of both MSC and QED recently
Here we are with Transition fuels that we are proving up to be both sustainable and available at scale.
Just in time. I love it!
Thanks Wolferlaf and Crownos for the excellent updates š
Our time is here methinks
Helping to transition marine with b30ās and then introducing one of the planets first sustainable b100 molecules at commercial scale.
Blue-chip or buy-out?
Bring it on!
But. . . . There isnāt a new sustainable fuel available at scale worth talking about, yet!
Our upcoming work with MSC (and others in midstream services š) on the trial, will prove our fuel up, and allow those discussions. We will be rewarded for staying this course!
Our other work with Vertoro and BTG will prove up capacity and sustainability and we will all be rich!
Bud Darr earlier talked about up to ten techs/ designs being tested across the MSC fleet
I think we are one of them but I donāt see it as a competition
I guess some of them will be taken up in tandem after all Bud has stated that there will be many transition fuels used by his fleet in the evolution to net zero. Not just one solution.
Well the dampest of squibs
Letās face it COP28 is about the end game, net zero, the likely ultimate fuels
No one is going to talk about local strategies for how theyāre going to manage their businesses before they all get there.
Nods and winks to our kids (who wonāt pay for it) is all weāll get at top level Iām guessing.
Iām thinking that where we come in will be helping MSC (and others that will clamour for it later) to transition in reality a part of the way along the route whilst making serious profit and USPās over their competitors.
Ours will be a private revelation
But Iād love to be wrong at 11:30am
Or better still here it is;
