I got 2.84 and 2.85 when the ask was 3.09 last week for 5k total

They’ve indicated they want big volumes of fuel after the trials and that SEAsia and/or NEuropean refiners need to be set up to deliver that. 😄

But was the refiners agreements a contingency of signing the trial agreements?
