I think we need one full LONO to go commercial. Halfway won’t be insurance proof. But the time saved getting a full LONO on BioMSAR (that’s the one MSC needs for full environment benefits) Will I believe allow a read-across (scientific term for an equivalence in data) on the existing half LONO on MSAR without doing the balance, so allowing us to be commercial on both as BioMSAR completes satisfactorily. 😊

Another big point that was clarified

The tripartite agreements for Fuel supply to the marine trial is Residue supplier Big Oil co, the terminal siting the MMU and the bunker supplier transport

Three things clearer then for me if I heard it right;

1. Same Big oil might then be involved supplying both MSC trial and Morocco (Pharoah Rocher point😊) as it’s residue. I had assumed processed fuel.

2. Terminal is our MMU converting synthetic fuel I thought it was going to be at refinery and terminal was just storage.

3. Bunker is stand alone transport out to ships.

But we’re close. Please be December 🙏😊

My second point

Valkor are in final stages of securing finance for any one of two projects Downnhole drill and oil sands, and possibly a third project?!

So early Q1 funding was a discussion failing that not a fait de comply!

Also negativity on social media restricts the boards communication to us!

We can’t cut RandDspend as our future (higher) value rests on RandD delivery of CSO and Wood residue oils delivering capacity for the likes of MSC to sustainably support future fuels delivery.

I’m not so sure we’ll see same supplier for Morocco client fuel as for MSC

MSC fuel will be ready made inland and bunkered locally to ship route.

But our fabulous Morocco RnS states;

The parties will now enter into discussions for long-term commercial supply, in conjunction with reaching agreement for testing at the client's other sites to expand supply opportunities for MSAR® and bioMSAR? fuels. In parallel, the Company will continue work to ensure the supply of appropriately located and priced residual feedstock.

So for this customer in Morocco we’re looking for a residue supplier to feed a MMU(s) I’m sure at the Clients site/locally.

Another sale, another supplier and another distinct revenue stream methinks 😊

Bolt on Morocco having been in commercial supply by then and other sites coming on board, with Valkor cash 💰In bank and first drills being processed successfully into locally supplied synthetic fuel oil.

And with sufficient fund raise as well as early commercial revenues having put us on a financially sound footing.

Lignin oils and woody residues oils should have progressed and developed to near commercial state by then and with MSC flogging the environmental benefits for our fuels . . . Boom 💥

The fuel agreement is tripartite contract between QED, Refinery and Terminal bunker supplier any one of those can be holding this up some weird fish on here!
