It depends where the target is expressed .. TCR therapies target entities expressed within cells ... Car-T therapies target cell surface entities ...

Stressed cells have internal changes that LD happened upon so I guess that’s why TCR is felt the most appropriate ‘system’ ..

I don’t know the reasons why only 2 patients were followed .. however when this program started there was no way of knowing which patients would be successful ... so it was merely that the two patients followed happened to be sadly ones that didn’t make it ... I don’t think this was any way planned or manufactured, it’s just the way it turned out ??

You are right .. if you bought your first shares at 50p and just sat and watched them since …. who would do that though??

Those with averages in the high teens low twenties still have a very realistic chance of scancell being a wise 'investment' .. however those early 'investors' in some other biotechs haven't a hope of recouping their hard earned cash eh!

Just saw today’s headlines on bbc .. Success of HPV vaccines hailed a great success !

Whilst we know HPV vaccines don’t actually target cancer itself but a virus that causes cancer ... this news however , certainly won’t do the general vaccines arena any harm at all !

Home safe and sound but with more wonderful memories ... it’s important to take time out of life and ponder .. with our cask we coined the phrase ‘Time does the work’ ... let’s hope that in time scancells science too is successful in moving the needle against a formidable adversary .. Cancers such as skin cancer (melanoma) are easier to detect early on and like any cancer caught early, treatment can routinely be successful with surgery.

The big issue is there are many cancers that are undetected and when it is it is already likely to be too late to do anything about it .. for now anyway.
