Yes, Florida then Wales !! Somewhat different experiences, but I would say our week in Wales is always brilliant .. no matter what the weather throws at us !! Lol..

.. from Pennal mid Wales !! It’s our timeshare week again and can’t believe how quickly it has come round !! Went crabbing with the kids in Aberdyfi yesterday .. (yearly tradition) and for the first time caught a big eel !!! Some of the younger kids weren’t impressed when it escaped the bucket and was squirming about on the quayside lol !! I returned it safely to the sea .. slippery blighters !

Anyway, I noticed I made team ramp !! Made me smile lol ! A good bunch .. just excited about the potential of some fantastic looking science ! Guilty as charged m’lord!

Despite what anyone writes on a BB none of it actually makes any difference to the future .. we hold shares because of their future potential and with deals like that one around (and have been for years) .. it’s easy to see why most folk who have researched scancell will have a few shares tucked away ... just in case !!

Lindy simply replied that scib1 is going to be added to patients who have been prescribed a course of Keytruda.

I think she was stating that scancell have no control over the Keytruda side of things as it’s already been approved at whatever dose is prescribed to each patient and if that’s a flat 200mg then that’s what the patients on the trial will get ??

They are the experts after all ! (Even looking at the NHS Nice web pages there are contradictory re Keytruda in melanoma) .. time as always, will tell !

Just looking at the combo trial design .. I see the dose of Keytruda is to be 2mg/kg .. this (from what I can see) is the recommended dosing in paediatric patients !

Are they trying to keep the side effect issue re Keytruda to a minimum ?

Also there are CT scans at 12 and 24 weeks .. as this is an open label trial , we may get some indication of any efficacy or issues fairly early !?

I’m really excited, as I’m sure Lindy and the whole scancell team are, that this trial now has the green light !

Whilst some bicker about maybes .. I’m still absolutely delighted that scib1 will be used in a second trial in late stage melanoma people in the UK !! With Keytruda needing a functioning immune system to work, and scib1 inducing ultra high avidity t-cells in humans, the potential is exciting ..

Some may balance on the fence in a bid to never actually be ‘wrong’, but I’m happy to take the risk of being wrong and have positive hopes for all the patients who now have a very new and exciting opportunity and hope !

I think the original point was about fund raising ? Very obvious, so hardly worth mentioning, however, if I’m offered cheaper shares for cash direct to the company then, as I think scancell use monies available to them sensibly and cautiously, I’ll be happy to buy some more?

However, if I was invested in Val .. I wouldn’t ? Just an opinion as ever..
