Well I haven’t sold a single share. And in the event they get another funding agreement at 1p that extends the runway for a year or two, I will consider buying more. I note old lollywally still can’t make his mind up. Endless bluster, without the difficult part of making a decision. ATB

My guess is lanstead offloading to restart the agreement at 1p. But who knows! GLA

I don’t think people do come here and defend TM, jenforluck. All they do is point out that your endless whinging neither helps nor informs. And the only person responsible for buying your shares is you - so go and have a good whinge in the mirror :)

Admittedly it was to point out that lollywally must be hugely down on his Imm investment. What he thinks about that investment now is anyone’s guess. Nolupus - the last ph3 took 10 months to prepare, and we heard nothing over that time. There are all kinds of impediments that can slow trial progression, not least regulatory. After all, you are trying to get permission to administer often powerful substances to sick people. I suspect also - given large sums are involved - all parties will be keen to get study design right.

I think the most likely reason that TM has not reported is because there is little to tell. There’s your update. So the trial progression and partnerships have not proceeded as quickly as you (and other investors thought). It’s not that surprising - biotech trials and partnerships follow uncertain timelines. Tell me - are you responsible for buying your own shares?

The collapse in share price is happening because people are selling, and then coming here to justify their decision. Best wishes to them

Well it’s another £600k+ that can be used to develop ithe imm assets, which I always thought were more interesting anyway.. GLA

On the bright side, a lot cheaper for Imm to buy back their stake in incanthera this morning than using the options :)

My guess is TM would love to provide more transparency and newsflow. But if there is little to tell, or if regulatory and/or competitive considerations make such updates unwise, then his hands may be tied. It is not the first time IMM has gone quiet - it did so prior to the last simbec ph3, and also while the incanthera deal was struck last year. We simply do not know what is going on. But it’s a fair guess that at least so far - the deals and the trial construction and all the other reasons I bought the shares have not come to sufficient fruition. MY reasons for buying MY shares have not yet happened - regardless of communication - and that is down to me. Fingers crossed we get something soon. ATB

Cauldstream - i have never known a biotech that hasn’t made an undertaking to issue lots of progressive newsflow, and it may be we have all been taken for a ride. Then again, perhaps TM is busting a gut to get something material over the line. We simply don’t know. What I do know for certain is the only person responsible for buying and holding my immupharma shares is me.

With respect, I don’t think anything was promised. The point that there has been no update yet may signify that little progress has been made, or that information is sensitive or that the company themselves are waiting for information. We simply don’t know enough to make judgements. I do know from experience with U.K. biotech, to never believe that anything is a promise. At the same time I know that news can come quickly and out of the blue. Let’s not kid ourselves or deflect - we all knew the upside and risks when we bought, and the only person responsible for buying is ourselves.

Again, not particularly frustrated. I knew when I purchased immupharma that it is high risk, high reward stuff and so invested an appropriate amount. I’m sure Tim and the team are working hard to try and get a positive outcome, not least because they have tens of millions of options resting in the balance. But this is biotech - it’s tough to get deals, to jump regulatory hurdles, to get financing - and despite best efforts it isn’t always going to happen. The only person responsible for buying my shares is me, no point casting the finger elsewhere… GLA
