Nolupus - I certainly don’t. 99%+ of my holding was purchased at sub 2 pence. Anyone going back over my posting history will see circa 150 positive and supportive posts from me over the 12 months leading up to the announcement in early January. Other people who got it right included goldgirl, cauldstream and wildbunch. Wildbunch was an informative poster with good instincts, who stopped posting because he got so fed up with the repetitive negativity. Despite knowing all this - and rather than having the humility to accept I might have called it well - you just try to undermine. Perhaps the condescension is justified, it is certainly understandable. Best wishes

I will say what I want, thank you nolupus… Over 99% of my position here has been built over the last 12 months at a price below 2p. All documented on this board as you well know… This wouldn’t have happened if I had been influenced by the repetitive negativity of yourself, lollywally and other detractors. Your posts should come with a financial health warning. ATB

Over 27m shares were placed with institutions and private individuals today in an oversubscribed placing at 3.75p. That alone is equivalent to over 50% of the shares attached to the new sharing agreement. Now imagine the volume spike we will see if newsflow continues to develop positively. The Lanstead shares will be easily absorbed as a broader range of institutions want material positions, just as they were during the last phase 3 as the shares rose from 25p to over 180p. Some unpleasant and bitter characters out there trying to mislead people. Very sad… GLA DYOR

It’s a good question, doublesided. Lollywally is a holder from the 7p+ days, and continues to hold. But when the shares are down he likes to pass ownership of his decision onto others, who he then derides. And when the shares are rising he likes to give himself a good pat on the back for a job well done. He’s a pointless commentator, I’m afraid.

Yes peterpharma - the shares can go up or down with a Lanstead type agreement. The person who is making an issue of it is you, by suggesting it is all a one way bet. Poor old Peter - he encouraged everyone to sell after the initial jump to 3.5p, and now funding has been secured at a premium to that price. Tim has made him look a right plonker. GLA

Lanstead were a shareholder in immupharma - using a similar finance structure - all the way up from 25p to 180p+. Don’t let people mislead you. ATB

Hi Michael. Yes the performance has been great. But the RNS statements released have in large part simply persuaded the market to look again at an already encouraging story. This was/is a micro cap with two late stage assets in blockbuster indications, encouraged to progress after multiple meetings with the fda, backed by the science of one of the largest research institutions in the world, with a new trial plan involving a much higher dosage, a committed partner to run the US trial, low cash burn, and a long string of other pipeline assets. It has now also intimated at encouraging new research findings and signed multiple CDA’s with various biopharma groups. This is the interesting stuff that suggests things are moving forward. Other people may have a pathological need to focus on TM and look for failings in people, but that likely tells you more about them than about immupharma. The valuation is still not reflective of the potential here. IMO. DYOR. GLA

Yes GG. I believe we are getting closer to inflection points in both the clinic and commercial areas. And crucially, the valuation still looks very low given these possibilities. Good investment is all about making correct judgements under conditions of uncertainty. Some people understand this and profit. Others couldn’t understand it even at 1.3p, and when it was explained to them using words a child could understand. ATB

That’s true GG. At the current share price imm will be making more than double from the sharing agreement relative to last year… The people who have really played this share well are the ones who have focused on valuation and assets. And the ones who have fared not so well, are those who have focused on berating Tim and/or other posters with a positive spin. Tim has done some things well and other things not so well - currently, imm is benefiting from the material cost reductions he implemented over the last few years, for example… From experience, trials can be delayed for all kinds of reasons - and not all of those reasons are bad. And more to the point, if we had clarity from simbec over exact trial details the shares would likely already be 15p+. Investors simply have to consider at this stage - what is the likelihood the trial plan and commercial plan is progressing? Because there is still very little built into the valuation. GLA

Goldgirl, wildbunch and myself have all built large positions with sub 2p averages over the last year. Old lollywally has already confirmed that his last purchase was back in 2022 when the shares were about double where we are now. All of this is documented on this board for anyone to see. He is a post event commentator, little else. GLA

Goldgirl has spent much of the last 12 months giving positive reasons why she is buying IMM. And she has got it right. Mainly - that they have 2 late stage assets in blockbuster indications, and a very low market valuation. She is one of few posters here who was talking positively at the sub 2p lows. The whole time however, lordlollywally has been objecting to her positivity and has now been caught hopelessly offside. At the lows he refused to even admit that he still had a holding, only doing so AFTER the shares had rallied. So the person who has changed his mind - and been most influenced by the recent newsflow - is him. It was spelt out to him using words a 7 year old could understand, and he still didn’t get. Well done GG, ignoring lollywally has really paid off. ATB
