So another nonsense post from peterpharma. Thank you for confirming that Lanstead have not reported they are short Immupharma as the regulators would require. Also, that it would make little commercial sense for them to be seen doing so. What a waste of everyone’s time

One has to wonder also, peter, what sort of sustainable model that would represent for Lanstead? “Hi.. we’re Lanstead, with an enviable track record of entering sharing agreements and then aggressively shorting client stock”. It just requires a little common sense, peter :)

Let’s get this right. The Lanstead funding involves them selling around 330k shares a day, which currently represents around 25% of today’s selling volume. The main driver of the selling - “the death spiral” - is likely to be just private investors selling out (as several have conceded in recent days). I’m very happy with the progress immupharma have reported this year, but the big prize - if and when it arrives - requires patience… GLA DYOR GLA

Same here, MD. Raises my average slightly but things are fundamentally moving ahead IMO. Lanstead are likely making up around 330k of the sells each day. But that’s a small fraction of the volume, which suggests the majority of the selling is just bored private investors. IMO DYOR

I agree hulltiger - largely insignificant. Though the concrete positive is Immupharma retain another £700k to fund ops during the negotiating period. Remember they have signed multiple NDA’s. Given cash burn has been running at a low £1.3m pa, that £700k is material. GLA DYOR

No doubt all of those who spoke negatively about the warrants, the inevitable cash outflow, and TM’s mercenary intentions etc are all speaking positively this morning. Stopped clocks :)

Hmm. I’m not sure that’s true, peter. Immupharma will presumably be “first to file”. Such that their patent application would have precedence over any that follow. Just as an aside, thank you for conceding that March did see triple sized inflows at a premium to the benchmark price, and with 16m options Tim certainly does have an interest in Imm, contrary to what you previously suggested. Yes. Triple weighted cash inflows. 3 months in one go. All at a premium to the benchmark price… Nice… Tim has around 16 million options in Immupharma - around 3% of the equity - and around 8m with a 2p exercise price. Probably worth mentioning. Have a lovely weekend all :)

Imm likely started the year with around £400k net cash, and added £1m in the placement. So even assuming they exercise the warrants, they are still likely to have half a million cash left at this point. They are also currently benefiting from triple weighted payments from Lanstead at a premium to the 2.67p benchmark price. Not a bad situation at all… If you don’t use a lot of cash, you don’t need a lot of cash. ATB

Well first month nearly completed, where payments tripled up and paid at a premium to the 2.67p benchmark price. Probably providing more cash for ops than they need - if you don’t use a lot of cash, you don’t need a lot of cash. GLA

No one is saying otherwise, simply that the relative valuations are already pricing that in (and perhaps, then some). Investing without looking at valuation is like betting without looking at the odds… DYOR imo etc

So I’m looking at note 10 of the 2024 accounts, centralcashier, which shows that plant and equipment assets are flat on the year at £50m. There is no indication that vehicles and other working assets are disappearing at a rapid rate. The land and buildings line has fallen, but as we know this is because they divested properties
