Wildbunch - I think it’s been a pretty good start to the year re information. Confirmation of new data and insights from a respected third party lab, NDA’s signed with multiple biopharma, refreshed funding etc… I can’t say I’m over the moon about incanthera either - but if Tim pays up and exercises the warrants it could signal he is comfortable with IMM’s financial prospects.. We’re all trying to make the right decision under conditions of uncertainty, but I think at £20m valuation the risk/reward is on our side. ATB

Nolupus - it is hard to imagine a bigger waste of time than going back and retrialling at phase 1 (basically a safety trial). The molecule is the same but better understanding of moa will help with ph3 trial design. And that’s seems to be exactly what Imm are suggesting. DYOR etc

Span - if avion go ahead with the trial then the shares are 10p+. If someone else takes on the trial after signing a more lucrative deal, the shares are 20p+. Either way I’m a happy holder and so - as I stated - it doesn’t really matter. ATB

Nolupus - so we appear to agree that it doesn’t really matter whether avion or another company take on the trial. Thats point one. On your second point - that Imm have to go back to phase 1 - I really don’t get your point. Because they have undertaken preclinical (outside the clinic) work to support their late stage trials, you now think the next step is a phase 1? This isn’t the impression I get listening to the interviews or releases, and it is immupharma after all that used the term “preclinical”.

It is possible, nolupus, as I have just suggested in my post to wildbunch. But does it matter? Whether the trial goes ahead with avion, or with another partner, at a sub £20m valuation it doesn’t seem priced in. ATB

I’m not insistent avion are in control of the trial, span. I am stating it is a possibility. It is also possible that another partner is bought in to do it, and that avion walk away. It is also possible that one way or another, trial costs are shared. It doesn’t really matter.. All I care about is that 1) we are dealing with late stage assets in large indications 2) there is a good chance a sizeable deal or deals is in the offing 3) there is a good chance the trial goes ahead with avion or another partner, 4) we get a good research update and patents progressed 5) the company is trading at a sub £20m valuation, suggesting that if any of these “good possibilities” come true then there is likely to be a nice fat reward at the end. Similar thing I’ve thought for the last 12-18 months.. DYOR GLA

Hi wildbunch - if you were avion and simbec, and you knew immupharma were undertaking material research to understand the moa, and research into how p140 can help diagnose disease, which patients will respond, and the extent of the response - would you not also wait to get that information before finalising a trial design? … It may even be that the research was prompted by avion and simbec… But the point being the research is now done and with apparently impressive results. This get a number of balls rolling… DYOR GLA etc

Further to the Company's announcement of 26 November 2024, the Company can now advise that, following detailed discussions with the third party, a confidential Settlement Agreement (the "Agreement") has been reached which, inter alia, provides legal certainty that there has been no patent infringement and no legal proceedings will be started or issued against the Company in relation to Skin + Cell in the future.

The Agreement enables the Company to progress its plans to bring Skin + CELL to market. The Company is currently engaged in discussions with multiple groups, exploring various market entry strategies, with the potential for global reach.

I am not knocking LiKE’s achievement. It is evident from the numbers that LIkE is performing well, and HEAD underperforming horribly. Congratulations to anyone who predicted this. But with respect, that’s not the difficult part now. The difficult part is recognising that an enormous amount of value destruction is now already built into the HEAD valuation. You are paying 47p for £1 of assets and getting a half billion+ sales distribution business. It won’t take much IMO, even just a sequential reduction in sales decline, to prompt interest at these levels.

From May 2023. IMM has already had positive discussions with the FDA re supporting a trial of P140 in CIDP, another autoimmune disorder. Straight to phase 2/3… “Immupharma has received positive support and guidance from the Food and Drug Administration ("FDA"), following the Pre-Investigational New Drug ("PIND") meeting that confirms the route for a Phase 2/3 adaptive clinical study of P140 in CIDP“

P140 is phase 3. The preclinical work recently completed simply supports the hypothesis behind the moa and broadens it application across the autoimmune space. Given multiple NDA’s have been signed with large biopharma groups, it is evident that those decision makers that count are interested. The FDA is also supportive -so the scientific body that counts is also interested… Interesting words from the CSO - Sebastien Goudreau - sum it up : “These results are extremely compelling. Not only do they validate our MOA, they also indicate that P140 has the possibility to become a central treatment for a number of autoimmune diseases. Patients can be very hopeful, I certainly am!"… DYOR IMO etc..

Yes I’m stating that LIKE is growing moderately at £10m pa, and clearly that only explains a small part of the £63m reduction in turnover at HEAD…. The other point - that HEAD equity trades at less than half of its net tangible book value (and those are assets seem pretty good quality to me) - suggests that the market is already heavily pricing in a lot (excessive?) of further deterioration … DYOR imo
