The FDA doesn’t care that it has taken 20 years to get to this point, and nor should potential partners, particularly when the trial design is different, the moa is better understood, the patents are refreshed, the market is growing etc.. You might think 20 years matters but frankly who gives two hoots about that.. ATB

What? It’s gone from preclinical to phase 3, peter. That’s progress isn’t it? In fact it’s such incredible progress that it’s little wonder multiple biopharma have signed NDA’s to discuss it. It opens the possibility of partnership, so they can bypass years of development and progress straight to a ph3 ready asset

Hulltiger is referring to immupharma’s “progress”, peter, which includes having a phase 3 ready asset in Lupus. Or perhaps the FDA has been replaced by peterpharma when deciding on these things :)

As I’ve stated before, the cynicism might make some sense if the market cap was already pricing in a high probability of success. But at sub £20m it is pricing in very little at all. The cynics better be pretty sure of themselves, because if they are on the wrong side of this one they may go down in lse history for all the wrong reasons lol

Good point, hulltiger. Large biopharma are evidently racing to get assets into the autoimmune space, where they see a big fat growing market. Might be a good idea therefore to skip years of development, and partner with immupharma who already have a promising phase 3 ready asset … presumably why multiple biopharma have signed NDA’s with immupharma in recent months.. Not preclinical progress, peter. Lupuzor is a phase 3 asset. Ask the FDA. The point that it has taken a long time to get to this point shouldn’t matter two hoots to any company looking to partner, especially if the patents are refreshed

Well I’m not sure we disagree, peter. I agree that the ph3 may not start this year. But that doesn’t really bother me because I can see the stock multiplying on other news anyway…. Best of luck with your other investments (although you appear almost entirely consumed by immupharma).

So if the right news arrives peter, then your strategy will be to jump on board. With respect, it is a little amusing that you don’t see the problem with that approach (you will likely be paying some multiple of where we are now). Good luck with whatever

But lollywally HAS put his money on immupharma. He has repeatedly told us in 2025 that he still has the shares he bought at 7p+ a few years ago. He is incapable of owning a decision, especially when things aren’t going well for him .. GLA

You are quite right graviton. Those items have been known about for months. The main reason Marstons is falling is likely to be the general change in sentiment toward just about every indebted stock in the market. Whether that caution proves to be prescient at a fundamental level waits to be seen. ATB
