Why would a PI sell at this price when there is a suitor buying up shares. Whilst we don’t know precisely how this will unfold it is not likely to result in lower price than today. Am I mistaken? If not then, why sell? Pandemic not over, NCYT has gold standard products, BJ latest will guarantee testing will be required in UK and beyond. This is the time to grow some whilst other therapeutic companies flounder.

@Kaeren, agree that DA arrival was known to all of them. I think they were looking down as their futures were in the balance, as DA would been briefed to turn the ship around. Not many departures, apart from Reggie, never did like his back story, never understood GM taking him on. So the question is DA a plant to drop the sp and allow Biosynex in cheaply? The lack of news was painful. This doesn’t fit with the LTIP deal at £3.54. Better to have waited and until sp got to 1.7?! Then Biosynex start buying and hey presto with a few positive RNSs and Biosynex buying up the BoD is well rewarded. Somehow do not believe DA knew of this approach. Then perhaps other persons in the background might have known! All speculation and conspiracy. Next week should be interesting if other suitors appear. The issue is that BoD don’t have shares so what do they want. Preserve jobs but I would put no faith in that as suitor will soon replace with their own thrusting execs. So interesting DA plays this. Re TATA. could this be under negotiation, DA can’t say anything. Dancing around handbags! TATA would have us for breakfast! So many links to TATA MD …. Sachet Chopra liking the NCYT Group stand at the current ME show. TATA using MyGo yet no reference to this in RNS.

See no reference to US potential, TATA MD, European market …. Testing is still in demand so no news of significant orders. Little made of sales to DHSC other than 4.7m. No mention of sales into French market? SP should be higher than current low. NCYT is great at responding to product development but let down by CTDA …. Unbelievable!!!

The last time GM went silent was when he kept DHSC news quiet and then the price tanked. Now we have DA and all the research done here and videos of his presentation style gave me the impression of someone dynamic and hungry to impress. Sadly, we have not heard a squeak from him. The back drop to this is an already solid 2021 forecast, Omicron demand, more researched info on tie up with foreign companies, TATA potentially using MYGO units, recruitment ongoing, MiddleEast trade fair stand and much more. So what are the chances that a) we get a bumper RNS with great numbers and positive forward look for 2022 revenues and beyond. COVID is not finished with us even if Big Dog think so.
b). The RNS disappoints and more bad news.

@Harchris, Have to say your optimism is refreshing after a a few very downbeat posts. Apart from the lack of news right now the demand for testing worldwide should provide huge sales potential. Perhaps there are a few trying to get in at a lower price!
