By that logic 86% were positive results! You have given this too much thought. Sadly Dido and the overpaid consultants have not given it much thought at all as they are too busy counting the money they have ‘earned’ and drawing flowcharts for how the system should work but missed out all possible outcomes and how that would impact the sophisticated reporting system.
