From memory, some posters stated that Bryce Linsenmayer at blinsenmayer@taylorenglish.com had mentioned the restructuring in his emails. I can’t confirm that unfortunately as they’ve chosen not to respond to my emails! Am I the only one who emailed them without response?

Am I right to assume that these are the entities left over from the restructure? According to B20, the assets were transferred out of the Caymans and into FIG and FRUS. If true, then none of this matters.

Interesting spot Jiffy. Has Bidzina Ivanishvili been asked by the US to step aside, as part of the price of a deal?

Every time there is a buy or sell, in effect you trade with a market maker (MM). If you are selling, the MM keeps hold of your shares until he later sells to another punter. If you are buying, the MM sells you shares he already holds from previous trades. The MM attempts to make money by buying your shares cheap and selling them at a higher price.

I have just emailed Bryce Linsenmayer following an email conversation with Brookemia. Not sure what will come of it but am hoping for a positive response. I suspect however that I will be limited in what I can report here, if anything at all. GLA.

We could do with some news this weekend, to keep our spirits up.

So imagine we have the makings of a deal with a number of other parties. YA then throw their two-pennieth into the hat, trying to stake a claim on our piece of the pie. Imagine then that the deal is like that described by others on here: all the protagonists get a slice of pie, proportional to the “investment” made. If YA are successful, then that will reduce the pie for FRR. Suddenly it’s worth our while to try to stop that from happening. In that case, the court case would be ramped up to stop YA from benefiting from any alleged misdeeds.

For my part, I think that there was far too much action in Texas on Friday for FRR to be dead in the water. Let’s be honest - no one really thought that GD would allow themselves to lose yesterday’s election. We didn’t believe it, and given that the FRR committee are closer to the action than we are, I don’t suppose they expected it either. That’s why (we are led to believe) Zaza was pushed out, so that his political views would not obstruct a potential post election deal. So now we wait for the next snippet of news, which may suggest how the deal making is really going. Interesting that Looed has gone quiet. Does he know more than he is able to tell?

Haha - perhaps I did overstate things a bit. But at least it proves that Starrage is still working away in the background. And maybe all the other posters were right all along - ie those who said that it has been people like Starrage who have been reporting these posts!
