I think we all want that kind of quick, positive resolution to this mess Phil.
Personally I’m still taking some comfort from the messages that have come from the company via Looed. The management team seem to have become a lot more organised since Zaza left, moving with a determination and purpose that was clearly absent in the initial round of Court cases that we always seemed to lose. One thing for certain though is that all thus BB’s analysis of events proved to be way off the mark, (understandably so given the farcical nature of the forces ranged against us), but equally the large amount of the work done by our band of super-sleuthers I suspect alerted and ultimately helped the cause of our new BoD (I’m thinking of the unearthing of the unpaid bill for FRR’s registration in the Caymans, and also the discovery of all of Zaza’s cloned-Frontera companies, that at the time we tended to assume couldn’t have been clandestine because it would be so obviously corrupt, but that then turned out to be exactly that!). I haven’t cross-checked the dates, but I reckon those reports and others may have made their way back to the US and may have led to Zaza’s sacking.
I’ve said in the past that I was pleased Zaza was sacked, as whenever the GG threw us an olive branch, he seemed to politicise it and throw it back at them. Nothing that has come to light in the last few weeks and months has changed that view.

So am I right to say our next court case (that we know about) is in Texas on the 27th May?

Thanks Looed. I thought that this was always just a chance for the court to extend or repeal the TRO until the 27th May hearing. If right, I suspect that the TRO was simply extended yesterday until the next hearing takes place.

This is clearly a mess. Our only hope imo is in the knowledge that although we are learning lots of new information every day, our new BOD have known all this information for some time. Perhaps naively I am pinning my hopes on the strategy of Bryce and co. They have told us via Looed that the transfer to GC was successfully blocked and that continued growth will occur. All we can do is pray they are right.
As for Zaza I’m starting to think that he may have been deliberately holding the company back for some tim. Was he sells no shares? Did the nomad find out about his GC deal and delist? Interestingly Dustin came to join FRR but soon left after. He only returned once Zaza had been removed.
Hope seemingly willing to negotiate with us in California however is a puzzle given that the liquidators are still going after us in the courts. Is a Hope still aligned with the liquidators or are they now working independently? Again, the BoD hopefully are on top of things. I can’t believe they are working so hard at this unless we have a genuine chance is success. I wouldn’t be surprised if their success in the courts has forced zz into one last desperate throw of the dice. At least that’s what I’m hoping!

Thanks Looed. So this all took place at the end of April 2021, just before they emailed you to state that the company was still working and looking forward to continued growth... it’s not the end just yet!

Remember also the emails sent by the company to Looed regarding “working hard, continued growth” etc were dated 1st May and 3rd May, when FRR knew the results of all these court cases. It certainly looks bleak atm, and may well turn out to be the end, but we are not there yet.

The one thing I would add to this whole debate of "have we lost it all already?" is that FRR were very quick to email Looed last night to state that they had won a TRO yesterday. They didn't need to, but once he'd posted that we'd lost on the 3rd May, they emailed him to say that we'd won on the 4th. Unless I've missed some important new info today, as Oopsi stated earlier, there are 3 jurisdictions in play here, of which we seem to have one in the US and lost, for the moment at least, in the Caymans and Georgia. The new management team do seem at least to be heavily engaged in their efforts to save something. I am desperate for this to survive, and possibly not the best to judge the goings on in any of the court cases due to both my lack of legal background or my undoubted bias, and unlike those who invested relatively small sums, I don't feel that it is likely that I will ever make up for this loss if it does indeed come. Is this one last throw of the dice by SN and Bryce and co, or is there still something to play for? My feeling is that the new BOD still believe we can still get something back here.

And I think this is the first court case we’ve actually won for about 2 years, even if on a temporary basis!

I think JRjnr is an investor like the rest of us. B20 however was pointing at FEGL some time ago as being important, and that, alongside the communications that Looed and others received, are what keeps me hopeful that this may yet turn in our favour.
sep 2020 - “ZM and the company have faced unprecedented challenges due to the regionally significant asset we own and the implication but this is about negotiating a mutually workable solution” - I found this interesting because even then B20 made a distinction between FRR and Zaza
Oct 2020 - “ZM resigned from politically and case sensitive Georgian entities to facilitate deal”
And earlier, B20 commented on FIG (which I think is FEGL) -
18 May 2020 - “FIG, oocs,feg,frus - In November gogc took 50%ownership of fig at the same time Frr transferred their percentage to an investor. ”
1st May 2020 - “when the OOCS was signed and the controlling entity setup FRR transferred their share to an undisclosed investor”

Looked - what does it mean? Is it us seizing assets back from Zaza, the other way round, or GOGC seizing them for themselves?

Thinking the same Ziggy. Not sure who the good guys are and who the bad guys are. It was much easier when we all hated Hope .
