Thanks Looed. I’m pleased that it’s not just me that’s frustrated by the lack of comms.
In many ways I wish I’d listened to all those people who said we were gone 2 and a half years ago. But I continued to listen to what at the time we thought was important news and I continued to hope that there may still be something for us here.
Thanks for your continuing efforts. In my opinion, I think it would be helpful if the company would commit to providing an update at say a set time each month, even if its a “no more news to report” update. At least then we would be able to manage our own expectations regarding news. Thanks

Looed - it’s all gone depressingly quiet on the FRR news front. Just wondered if you have any additional (even if minor) contact from the company, anything regarding our court cases in Georgia, or perhaps when we might be likely to hear anything?
Perhaps you might be able to ask that question on our behalf. From what I can see, we (you) had a small message from them on the 4th July regarding ii and shareholder problems, which promised some kind of update soon. And we’ve heard nothing regarding court cases from them since 21st June. In the old days that wasn’t such a big problem as people on this board kept digging up information of their own. But now that seems to have all gone quiet, so us shareholders are more desperate than ever for the company to keep us in the loop. Thanks

Well it looks like the FRR have chosen to keep us shareholders out of the loop. A real shame, as I was starting to have some hope that something may yet come of this. The real question, I suppose, is why they’ve gone quiet?

Do you think we as shareholders should put together a list of questions and concerns, and ask them for some responses to our questions (obviously within the limits of “as long as it is possible and not damaging to the company”)?

Thanks Looed. I was getting a bit twitchy again, so it was good to receive your and the company’s message. They make a fair point when they note that the BoD have funded this legal work, which cannot have been cheap.
I was a bit confused by this bit though “In the meantime, as you (will all) no doubt will agree, it is not in the best interest of our company's work for anyone to undertake efforts to damage this progress or participate in the theft of Frontera's holdings.”
Are they implying that some here are trying to damage FRR ?(other than perhaps the obvious MCadys of this world), or simply highlighting the damage attempted by Zaza and co?

Looed- sorry for my ignorance but what is this case about?

ODR - it is also likely that under Zaza’s advice, FTI undervalued the price they could get for Block 12, and were therefore willing to accept a lower price from Green Capital. Only later would they have realised that Zaza was part of Green Capital!
