It's all done & dusted now, now all the focus should move onto closing out these GTW deals that they've now mentioned with quite some detail.

It's a classic attempt to distract peoples attention from the questions they need to answer, plus they've really shown their lack of class with some of what they've put in the RNS and when they state what other have been paid, yet they are so small when compared to the £1.3m they've signed off for a drone fitted with. a go-pro built on a kitchen table & never used ?

I would suggest that people don't get distracted by todays news from Zorbas and become complacent with their votes at the EGM, every vote needs to be cast to ensure that things are followed up and he does really move on rather than just talk about it.

This is the 1st step in that, lets hope its not 1 step forward & 2 steps back if the EGM doesn't get the support required to fully remove him

I think that he is well aware that there are lots of well informed people currently all over his business activities, so everything he is now doing will have been carefully considered.

While he is, in my opinion, totally unscrupulous in his dealings he is not a stupid man at all.

There is a simple reason for the lack of Zeb updates and that is I believe that he has done almost nothing with it for the last 18 months, so the question to ask is more why hasn't he done anything with it & will he ever ?

For me the best thing that could happen is that he leaves URU to someone that actually wants to do something with it, however I am not sure if that is likely to happen as he has greater control here than he does in MRS, plus he has never had anyone outside his inner sanctum involved as he has at MRS.

I am guessing that the value in the asset rests with it giving Zorbas the ability to place again & draw more consultancy fees from it, that's assuming he can attract people to partake in the placing in the 1st place

As others have said it is somewhat repetitive to what we've been told before just with more detail on the financial structure of the latest partnership.

I guess its now down to the definition of moving quickly ?

For me GTW is the most likely to be the1st deal that lands, who knows when & then what comes next, I'm hoping its then Brazil then GHS, but it could well be a case of patience is required along with a risk of nothing happening. But I do feel that nothing happening is not the likely outcome.

Excellent, although he is dragging it out until the end of August, so plenty of time for him to utilise his position for his own benefit.

But it is a step forward for the company, but remember via the 8% that URU hold he is still going to have influence etc

I assume that you are working in the recruitment industry, so of course you'd prefer companies to pay the 20% fee for recruitment. Personally I have successfully recruited through personal reference as well as specialist recruiters and had success with both, but also failure when using a recruiter as well.

BTW it was a Harvard Business School white paper from their course Achieving Breakthrough Service which is under pinned by the quality of staff

If you take your head out of your rectum you might discover that in many studies personal recommendation for roles is the most effective method to find the right person, rather than engage an agent to do something for a high fee ?

Royscott, I'm not familiar with the deal but even to get it agreed it would have taken time & resource, plus a large company such as Siemens will need it all approved at a certain levels centrally, so will have to go through internal governance & challenge the commercial model to get approval. All of that cost's money, even if it isn't them writing a cheque ?

Pet, I agree it is an improvement on what was previously in place, and I may well be overly sceptical, but that only comes from JZ conduct previously.

Its the only good thing that Zorbas has taught me, and that is to challenge everything that is said & then look beyond the headline at the detail & then ask the question ' how has he benefited from it " as that is what his thinking will be, as that is how he operates.

It's clear he has a circle of cohorts that move around with him to ' perform ' certain tasks, and that includes the Nomad

How can any mentally stable, commercially astute individual have any positivity or respect for Zorbas is beyond comprehension to me.

He has systematically destroyed so many peoples financial positions while improving his own at the same time in so many under handed & deceitful ways it is untrue.

He has no morals and I doubt he can spell ethics let alone comprehend what they are, in fact I believe his role model is Euro MP's

How would the Nomad be able to establish that ? as it would be a transaction between Hermes & A N Other company so no direct MRS involvement ? but that is just my musings driven from the fact that I feel 12% is a really poor deal, we know that Zorbas is as tight as they come so why agree to financing at such a high rate ?

I would also add that the way the Nomad has conducted themselves since the Drone acquisition hardly points to them stepping in & dealing with things, they've been as passive as they can get away with.

If they really wanted to act they should have suspended trading when the deal was being called out, but then that would be them admitting they'd failed in the first place ?

Not until the BOD changes does the business stand any chance of progressing or any PI be able to make an investment as the current BOD are clearly not acting in the businesses best interests

It was the much talked about buy in from Vin that sparked the big spike up last year in IMTK, it even was RNS'd that she was in discussion, so there could well be a lot of credibility in this rumour as whatever she was trying to do with IMTK hasn't progressed.

Also that the piece that has been dealt with today has gone back to Hermes and at 12%, that doesn't seem to be a good rate as far as I can see. I'd love to know if there was a consultancy fee paid by Hermes to a home in Cyprus as some kind of ' introduction fee ' as that seems quite standard method for the current BOD

The sooner the current BOD are removed the better

I am sure that Mcadder stated last week that he has placed an order for an extra 6m or so - that's from memory so happy to be corrected as some challenged his logic in doing that when the shares are available on the open market below the OO price

There is no logic in Zorbas attending, he clearly has no regard for PI's so why put him through the whole farce, assuming it goes ahead. He's also not man enough to face up to what he has done here, MRS, ANR etc he will stay in Cyprus chuckling to himself to his hearts content

For me the fact that the placing is going via Optiva is a positive as their clients don't tend to flip for small gains quickly, bringing in more investors that believe in the longer term opportunity could well be healthy, imagine if we get a cornerstone Institution taking part in the placing, or even if it is done at a premium ?

The company is in a very strong position and it is all about them executing the plan with pace
