I'd be really wary of buying in here now purely based on the fact that Zorbas is holding at an 85p level, classic Zorbas & cohorts scenario

think he's been there ever since he sold his shares, in fact rumour has it he has given up with BIDS & taken up milking cow's, I'm sure he will get some self satisfaction from that and we may well see a cow on a Norwich FC shirt at some point.

Can't disagree with the sentiment as its been the say for 3 years, James D really isn't fit to run the business, Naive is a polite way of putting it, complete liar would be another. Ok, so once more it appears that BIDS only give you part of the picture, what was it for & how much was it ?

This massively impacts the overall revenues and also would be keen to understand if it is a one off or repeatable, or have they just pulled forward payment for future ads served in which case the revenues will dive in H1 ?

Whichever way they dress it up, to me its another failure from James & co to be anything close to transparent, so a further dent in my limited trust in his integrity. Derek Wise leaving is a big flag to me, he's always come across and a good guy & clearly influential in the sector, I only hope that he leaves on good terms and no animosity towards BIDS.

Once more though the underlying issue is that costs are up ( wonder how much James has had ) and revenues don't cover it so there will be a need for cash March / April time, so be prepared for the 7 x AAA title signing up whispers as they warm the markets for a raise & further dilution.

Look back over time at what he has said would happen & what has happened, then look at the complexity of the share holding & this involved with the company ( can't bring myself to refer to it as a business )

I honestly do hope that LTH do get some rewards as they've been through the mill with it over the years, but deep down we know that Zorbas & his Welsh cling on will be manipulating things for their own gain in an unscrupulous manner

Fair point, and if you've been in NCYT for the rise then with all that PYC has going on then maybe now is the best time to stay in as the various revenue streams mature ?

Looking forward I would say that PYC offers great potential from where we are currently sat

my guess is someone has been behind the scenes questioning the share holding which has forced JZ to confirm his holding, especially as its not clear with him holding shares both in his name & via other entities.

I really do hope that PI's can recover some of what they have lost over the years, especially as most of it has gone to Zorbas, look at what he has taken out in the last 12 months and what has he done ?

I am afraid that it looks exactly the same as previous in that there is a load of ' potential ' & empty promises, I'd expect the various troll accounts from the likes of Hogan to start ramping this in the coming weeks and you know how the rest of the story rolls out.

Zorbas IS the worst individual on AIM and he can't be trusted, look at the trail of SH value destruction he has behind him at the likes of MRS, ANR etc

Suggest you go back through the RNS of old and look for Tradedesk, these are advertising agencies with the advertisers on their books, or what BIDS has referred to as inventory. The depth of inventory that we have is one of the reasons that the likes of Ubisoft will have decided to proceed. Historically we have lacked the scale of game that we have been able to place the inventory in, todays news changes that significantly.

interesting to see some talk over the weekend of a deal announced via RNS in 2011 with ValiPharma on a revenue sharing basis on VAL201. The recent movement is in anticipation of a clinical trial update on VAL201, so 1 step closer to revenues coming due to PYC.

If this does come through then the company have played a masterstroke getting us to this point on the traditional deals that then we just add these license type deals onto of, highly scalable with very little incremental costs ?

Seems to have scuttled back into a hole with no connectivity to the outside world.

I find this company very odd, as in theory it should be doing well in the space it operates in as well as the current climate and change in ' normality ' however it would appear they are unable to close a deal. Is this because the tech doesn't work as promised, the individuals aren't able to close a deal, or that the demand isn't really there ? For balance you would have to say that resigning the games that we have such as FM means that it does work for them, however there's yet to be any significant commercial benefit to BIDS - why is this ? ?

The reason I am maintaining my holding is that clearly JD is a selfish man and still holds a considerable amount of stock so will want to get some return on that, as well as Herald taking the 6% that they did, and they have a solid history of performance.

The challenge that they face is to close something that brings in revenues this year or it is then 2 years that JD has missed the target as well as mislead expectations through the year.

I am beginning to think that JD is not the right person to take the business forward and it's time for him to step aside

It's all kind of irrelevant right now, the only thing that is needed is for JD & the sales team to stand up & deliver, which to date they haven't even got close to doing

Think it is also a case that for some it will be a case of reading up over the weekend & then making informed decisions early next week, sometimes good news takes more time to travel than bad news ?

Clearly the gamblers that had brought blind on hope of a quick few bags have moved on, the churn makes me think they have been replaced with more informed holders ?
