Interesting to see their Website has been replaced with a simple " holding page " that and the twitter profiles deleting and then being pulled makes me think that either something is trying to be hidden or someone is running scared, what next someones posting history on here being removed at their request ????

I am not sure that the illustrious leader's name goes down well in China as wasn't the other party in ANR Chinese ? also look at their history and there was many a promise of big Chinese money coming in that never appeared ? it was a common Hogan BS story.

Gary, What is your obsession with NUOG? you seem hell bent on alleging various issues that with a little research proves that you are wrong. The cash has been spent paying wages on what they are progressing as well as I am assuming other cost of being in business, now I guess you will then challenge ' what have we got ' well to date nothing but like most businesses you have to invest in a start up, look at all the tech companies that burn obscene cash before suddenly kicking into a revenue generating then ultimately profitable status, at which point the share price flies.

That is what investors are hoping is happening.

You on the other hand are hoping it fails

Interesting that most are viewing BIDS in the tech side of the business but if you take the route of an Advertising agency just using a different / new market of e-gaming ( and possibly other mediums ) I thought I would look at the MCAP in that space.

Now clearly there are many comparisons to make and some more relevant than others, but the worlds largest Advertising Agency is WPP its current MCAP is sitting at 10.65bn !!!!!

I do feel that there could become a time that BIDS becomes attractive to a company like WPP as we would be really attractive to embed into their core business and then potentially move into other markets such as the on demand content providers, especially if you look at the people they have added to the advisor board coming from Spotify

The challenge here now is that this will become a traders stock, happy to take 10/20% profit and putting it in a trading range. Its a game now not an investment that I would happily hold for any length of time.

I might play with this stock just wanting / hoping to get out before Zorbas pulls his next stunt.

Would be great to get some kind of update post the Seminar, I would be amazed if there was nothing announced either at this or shortly afterwards

I guess it depends what you're bench marking BIDS against, however when you think about how quickly & aggressively this business model will scale up and with all the deals that they sign are multiyear this will only ever increase month on month and give a level of predictability.

I would also point out that the numbers released today are exactly as forecast, there is nothing unforeseen or negative, plus like most of AIM we have no chance of hitting a duster !

The other benefit here is that BIDS are beyond the stage that a lot of tech start ups fail, we've proved up the offering and the functionality - We have 2 happy games studios with 1 of their titles already using us, it is quite natural to expect the rest of their portfolio ( code master ) to follow suit, after all why why wouldn't they do that as there is no other option with the same proposition, thing is that game is one of the. biggest in terms of players and brand F1, it also lends itself really well to the offering as the real F1 is just a mobile billboard !

For me the drop today is a great opportunity to top up

Ultimately you won't know for some time ?

IMHO I would look at the technicals on the Share and look to ' buy the dips ' or if you believe in the vision for the company becoming reality then in time a couple of penny's at this level won't make too much of a difference ?

I stick by what I've posted on here all along, despite many questioning my motives. I have always been transparent in my view. I have held here in the past but sold out some months back at what at the time was disappointing but in hindsight looks like a good decision. Simply put I do not trust Zorbas or Hogan in their motives as nether has a track record in building profitable and sustainable business, in fact their history is the polar opposite, as I have said before go look at the history in the companies they've been involved with.

MRS has potential to do well, but it still needs to sort the debt re-structure and remove both Zorbas & Hogan with being involved or associated with it, for both the good of PI's but also the people on the ground doing the real work. Plenty challenged my thoughts on the level of influence or role of Zorbas in all of this, well now I think it's fair to say he is pulling ALL of the strings here.

Zorbas's declared purchase today is the latest rouse from him, as certainly it is never as it appears with him, hypothetically speaking what would have stopped him having a spreadex account shorting this to fund the purchase the shares ? with everything based in Cyprus and at arms length to the transparency there is a strong possibility of this being the case ?

While all this is going on the questionable acquisition appears to be unstoppable due to the fact that Zorbas now has a bigger say in what goes on.

theres an easy answer here, it's call greed and wanting to maximise the opportunity, for me adding more now makes sense as it would enable me to get to my desired outcome sooner. What is my wish, well that is quite simply to hold over 1m shares on a free carry, who knows if I will ever get there but my strategy is with every share I take, it doesn't always work mind you !

This is now a roll of the dice as to what happens next here, Colin should never have let it get this far, and I can't believe anyone that comes to his defence.

Look at the value of your shares compared to what you paid for them and then realise that the difference has in some way gone into Colins bank account, all while he has a pathetic amount of his capital invested, also interesting that none of the new people viewed as saviours have seen fit to invest. Surely if they did believe in the outcome why wouldn't they invest ?

Please don't spout out the closed period rubbish as if there was any definitive news it would be out by now, simply put its just more pigs feeding from the trough and meaning that it will be less time before the next time the begging bowl comes out

I really don't get the vitriol towards some posters on here, we aren't always right but to try & blame others for whats happening or happened is quite pathetic. I really do believe that both Seadog & LT are honest genuine people putting forward their thoughts, never the intention to mislead people, you could only blame them if they hacked your account and purchased on your behalf, but I don't think that has happened ?

MM, agree that is an outstanding question in regards to his MFDevco appointment, and one that needs answering but as NUOG owns 50% of MFDevco then there is some inherent management. albeit not as much as I would like.

My take on it is that with a new leader of the business it is only right to expect there to be some changes. My belief is that since joining Graham has reviewed the situation and the potential deals on the table. From that due diligence and the back from that he recognises that there is an urgent need for closing deals out. Therefore in his opinion the Gas 2 Wire fits that criteria hence why we are seeing this being the FOCUS, not the only area they are looking at.

Now go back and read the Half year report and in particular the Operational review of MFDevCo and you will see that it confirms ' that target projects are located in the North Sea, East Irish and Celtic Seas, Latin America including Brazil and Asia ' - so based on this why would they specify Brazil when it is covered under Latin America ? Also remember that the agreement signed in Feb with Royal Eagle for Latin America excludes Brazil, yet we have our ' man on the ground ' there - I would say that something is defiantly progressing there.

Now for what its worth I think when they stood up at the AGM they had every belief that the Gas 2 Wire deals would close before the need to raise again.

Clearly that is a positive view on this all, and the conspiracy theories are abundant, primarily based on the fact that historically the company has over promised and under delivered and this last placing has been done in an atrocious manner taking us to what is almost a 3 year low.

There is however an overriding fact for me that in order for Minty to create the wealth that he believes he is owed ( up for debate ) the only real way that he can achieve that is by closing deals, yes in theory he could do some shifty things with inter company loans etc but this would also cost him as well as preclude him from making the big money that he wants.
