More deluded ramblings, you've been banging on about take over target for years, apparently that was nailed on once the IPCC permits got issued well that hasn't happened.

The sentiment has been killed by the incompetence of the BOD & the massive dilution to keep paying the likes of Colon & Co

Bored
Impatient
Don't believe the story
Cut their losses
Need the cash

Monarch, there is only 1 common denominator in all the challenges that the business has faced.

You can either accept that of ignore it , and you can see quite clearly which side people sit.

Funny thing is one perspective is based on facts & history the other believes the story and ignores the past.

I can't believe that some feel Colin is the best man for the job, taking emotion out of it I would love to hear what has been delivered and how you are measuring success ?

The simple facts are that many PI's invested on what was promised by Colin that then hasn't been delivered, then the company has been diluted to a crazy level thus incurring losses for most PI's while he continues to draw a salary every month.

Please tell me what the ' fruits of his labour ' are as when I look at the graphs it has been heading downward for 2 years with the odd small spike ?

This is turning into a cult blind to the reality of just how poor Colin has run the business

Dan, if t was such a compelling & guaranteed recovery then why do none of the board hold stock ???

mif51, if you take a listen to the podcasts that have been issued over the last 3 months you will be able to get a picture as to what news could be coming in the next few months, my guess is we may well get something every couple of weeks leading up to the investor event in July which by then I expect us to be fully functional, so from there the potential to scale up will become reality & hence the revenues really kick in, hence the fiscal forecast is heavily H2 loaded

Anyone that thinks that we will ever get much higher are completely deluded & overly emotionally attached to this company.

The hopes of going higher have been taken care of with the amount of dilution that we've seen & keep seeing.

As plenty of others have said Colin really is milking this for his own benefit, if he really believed in it he would be helping out by either investing or taking some of his pay in shares rather than cash ? if anyone can come up with a sound reason why he wouldn't do that then I would love to hear it.

defiantly the world in which children are growing up in is light years away from the one their parents grew up in, & that is only going to accelerate, as a side I personally feel anyone in the optical care space will do well as humans eyes & smart phones don't go well together for long periods of time !

If we don't get the broker note & far more detail on the finances soon I would certainly review my investment here, as while having a feeling is great, but feelings doesn't grow my investment ?

It's also interesting that all the chat of takeover and £4 a share seems to have gone quiet now

This needs a major increase in the frequency, quality & depth of information released to the market around the fundamentals of the business and less ' selling of the story '

I think we both know that what JZ is saying about ANR is far from the truth, and that Leinad that he has nothing to do with but keeps getting asked about ??

There is no transparency in anything Zorbas is involved with, he hides behind the anonymity that is afforded to him with it being UK listed, Cypriot registered & active in another country, this creates multiple cracks in the governance for him to exploit & mean the authorities know its a very tangled web to unravel.

It may limit my investment opportunities but I will struggle to invest in a company that is listed & registered in separate countries as I am of the belief that isn't in shareholders best interests

The 2 new appointments are far from Independent, I didn't pick up the point on his health but I certainly don't believe this, and if he is of ill health I have no sympathy for him.

I look forward to the FCA, SFO & Aim completing a fully comprehensive investigations & discover what we all are pretty sure has been going on

JZ doesn't like doing anything other than rinse cash from various entities on various markets.

If you go onto the MRS board and scroll down there is a google link to a recording of the Q&A's at the recent meeting, you can listen to how he dealt with the questions & then draw your own conclusion.

He contradicts himself and avoids answering any challenging question and then goes on the offensive against 1 of his previous board colleagues. It also shows that there is clear miscommunication in what they have previously released via RNS & reality, as an example the re-financing that they have just done is actually at a higher interest rate, yet the RNS says differently.

It also shows you how they go about their business, this Drone deal for £1.3m was done with what appears to be no due diligence, bench marking or validation, in the mtg Zorbas is challenged by an ex IT Director of a FTSE company in fact its never been proven to work, yet they've already paid for it.

It will be more of a challenge here but Zorbas needs to move on & let someone take this forward that wants to develop the asset.

Yes this is great news, but as always with LVCG we have no confirmation of the value / profit of these contracts, it is starting to concern me that these are constantly omitted and the brokers note is now months overdue.

I hope that I am wrong but having been around AIM enough delays & procrastination normally doesn't bode well, as theres normally a reason that things are not issued. Now in the past it had been a case that the numbers haven't been issued due to other ongoing negotiations, now that there are enough completed that the information can be released without be specific to shows ?

Maybe once these are available then the SP will get back onto the growth curve that it was knocked from by the placing

Great to see that the PR campaign has kicked back into life, DC alludes to financial performance is working in the FY target being hit in 4 months, but we really need to see more content in the financial performance of the business before the SP will start to kick in

Love the fact that the new additions to the Advisory Board are being rewarded in Options, and sounds like loads to come in the next 6 months will be immense & can't see the SP being where it is today for many of those months

personally I've always felt that going sub .25 was a possibility without news, but then again I would see that as a great price to top up

Its comical that they still try to push this as a good deal yet the following day come out with the RNS tarnishing the previously thanked Trevor & Nigel, especially as both Zorbas & Brenton will have agreed & signed off whatever was paid to them.

If they had an issue with it that should have been dealt with before payment was agreed & made ?

Looks more like a retaliation to whats happening and its just made them look more foolish, petulant & incompetent
