I've been holding this for months ever seen the *minor* **** up with getting the UoA to test the drug properly. Been so long I've even forgotten the name!

Thank you Tra1 for the link, very interesting reading. I have been wondering about that since RBK talked of the mythical 25% that AG supposedly is aiming for. I think he hinted that AG may want 25% in order to block changes to articles of association. At least that's what I inferred. Still not sure why AG would want the AoA to remain unchanged - would this ensure an RTO could take place?

I've read the AoA and can't see any reference to RTOs.

BTW I got it wrong - it was a reply to his post by someone else saying that they got banned for "positive posts", not RBK.

Well there's only so many bee-related stories you can tell people I suppose before they start getting annoyed.

Why was he banned? He says because of "positive posts" but does that mean someone doesn't want him on here pumping up the share price as they want to buy shares cheaply/have shorted the stock?

Then click on the RESOLUTIONS document for 23rd December 2010. I believe in here are the articles of association. Page 28 (PDF file page 39) has the 25% reference.

RBK was on here a few days ago talking about articles of association and their importance. I have found this on Companies House for an earlier form of PSL:

The only mention I find of 25% is actually something that looks more like 0.25% but as the document has been photocopied it's hard to tell.

I am not invested in this yet as I am wandering around blindly trying to understand a bit more about what is going on!

Scott, people have little respect for you on this board due to your history of random ravings, however I'm going to agree with you that GL has been spouting a large amount of contradiction particularly recently (and probably before then as well).

I was willing to buy his spin in the past and his "it'll all be fine, the FDA keep making vaguely positive 'mmm' noises" comments, but really it's all complete bollocks isn't it? I hope that the IIs get a new board for Motif because with him at the top, they are utterly screwed IMO. Maybe I'll get back in then.

If people can't see what is going on then so be it. I'm utterly convinced that I will see MTFB on the fallers board for LSE in the near future for whether it be IIs getting out, epic share dilution or just another f*** up with the FDA or clinical trial where they forgot to get the data. Get out while you can my PI friends.

Just wanted to third what you said InvestingWizard. The BIGGEST problem here is not about Iclaprim. It isn't about funding. It is about GL and his smarmyness and not being fully open and honest with shareholders. I honestly think he should have gone into politics.

Wonder how the hand-holding is going with the UoA. When do we think we will get an RNS update? I am totally in the black about how long these in-vivo trials take.

Been following MTFB since January, got in after the Valentine's day massacre as the data looked compelling; equal liver toxicity to iclaprim, much better renal compatibility.

I got out this afternoon. For me, the big problem is communication and in fact, knowledge. GL seems unable to explain what is going on with the FDA and what needs to be done. He's just too vague and making a mess up of a trial by not extending it 4 weeks (if that really was all that needed to be done to please the FDA) is incredible.

While I think SP250 has mental problems, I do now think he has one point in that GL appears to be on the gravy train and keeping it going as long as possible - I see no haste in his manner.

My conspiracy theory in hindsight is that after the CRL even arrived, GL possibly knew/had a feeling that the writing was on the wall and made efforts to hedge this with the Lamellar link up - I didn't buy into this previously as the Lamellar thing was announced prior to the CRL.

I would be surprised if this company lasts beyond a few months. My opinion is that Hercules will insist the patents/IP on Iclaprim are flogged and then get back the money they can. Best case the company is bought or manages to sue to the FDA for being OCD.
