You come across as someone who has heard the word "AI" and think that somehow it solves everything. It does not, and I would reckon that a sufficiently advanced generative AI would design a system almost identical to what Ocado has at present.

Automated delivery will never be the future unless/until it becomes noticeably cheaper than traditional shops. There is still a lot of manpower involved in packing and distributing those goods not to mention the customer having to be at home for deliveries.

Been reading Nettles and Sven's posts with interest. Not yet invested here but thinking about it.

A quick trip over to Companies House tells me that RR owns 86% of RR SMR as of the latest Confirmation Statement. Surprised this is not made clear in any of the publicity I've seen.

So investing in RR Holdings basically is as near as you can get to investing in RR SMR as a punter IMO.

FWIW I am pro Scott. he claims to own a reasonable amount of SOLG shares which is good to see.

Sounds good for Nanogenics.

N4P has spent ages marketing and trialling Nuvec and now it just goes off and buys a company selling a totally separate RNA delivery method. IMO it makes no sense unless you've basically given up on Nuvec.

I would understand the purchase if it resulted in acquiring knowledge or tech to make Nuvec more effective somehow but it seems the only synergy is that maybe you can do testing for both systems at the same time. One system uses lipids to deliver RNA, the other silica nanomolecules IIRC. This purchase seems a distraction from focussing on Nuvec.

I also would have thought that Nanogenics could stand on its own two feet if it had a really good product and in that case it would be a much more expensive company to purchase. Can anyone explain what benefits this purchase does to help promote Nuvec?

I'm confused as to why N4P would buy them because Nanogenics appears to my non-expert eye to be doing exactly what N4P are doing but with (presumably) a different patented nanoparticle.

If N4P's nanoparticle works, why buy a different (effectively) competing company?

Are you saying that someone else holding >25.5% of shares would be in the market for his 24.5%? Presumably DT has that holding and could get a majority stake in one fell swoop if Drahi sold his shares to DT?

According to all the articles I've read, Drahi needs money to cover his problems with Altice so why the heck would he *buy* BT? Much more likely to sell his stake IMO.
