There's no such thing as certainty Tony. I used to think TNEB tender was a cert . Imagine the three remaining manufacturers in the final throws of a tender for a massive smart meter rollout...and Cyan was in all three manufactures!! ?...Now, that's a cert. Cyan was certain to win big, but didn't, and the tender never reappeared. I know things are different now, there's so much going on....but what really needs to happen to change things here, is that CC actually need to demonstrate some reliable income, from one of their successful tenders .

Cheap thing no good, good thing not cheap....apply this old Indian saying to the current share price....and it makes you wonder why are we still so cheap when from all accounts we have conquered India and moving in on Thailand.

There is an expectation of news very soon! Whichever way you look at this, whether promises from CC, amount of tenders that are out in India, the wave of money raised in India to pay for smart grid, et etc ......CC have to pull something, anything out of the hat very soon, something that will provide the cash required to Continue trading, without another dilution of shareholders holdings, Anyone disagree ? I'm waiting and ready, for the big order, that's generates Cash immediately, and sets CC on a path of breakeven, then later a profit.....but I just can't see it happening at this time, a time we really need it....so I hope I'm wrong, and I will be very happy if I am....but something has to happen very soon, otherwise we are going to get the same treatment we have had for the past ten or so years....which is..."its in our grasp, it's just around the corner".....come on CC , surprise us. This American company based in Dubai called Technology Partners seem to be busy in the Middle East. They list Cyanconnode as a partner. I notice they have some of their work force moving into Iraq ...so look out for that one. Lol.

Here's a MOU from 2017 that so far has produced no return to CC. Recently announced That Tech Mahindra won a contract for developing a Smart City in India. I looked up the original RNS regarding the TM MOU and it revolved around Smart meters and Smart City's..

It's now or never on this particular MOU, as TM have bagged Their first ( I think) Indian Smart City development.
TM are either using CC technology or someone else's. It will be interesting to see if this is announced......we have waited long enough as it is.

just goes to show how counting on the relative big buys / or sells as if they are a signs / or a type of foreboding for tomorrow, is pretty meaningless and imo, and can be used as a smoke screen...not sure what that re occurring big buy / sell is about but has happened before here , and other shares....cant all be fat fingers.

If the apparent opportunity for CC is so massive and CC being so well connected in India and with a very viable solution then why is the share price not taking this information into consideration and rising? The market us not normally slow in these matters.....I fact driven by information such as what is being discussed here at the moment . I do believe CC will play a significant role in India one day....but the rules are the rules and the sp should have increased significantly, if investors took this information seriously. This is not me being negatives, but is a valid observation. Any thoughts on why the sp can't make a steady climb from here , holding its position, build momentum, rather than just the three day rise , and fall? What holding the share back.

Hi Tony. I would be happy if that were to occur. It's just that CC need alternative money on top of Genus type upfront payments for specific orders....CC have running costs too. CC need to demonstrate that they have the financial resources to continue trading as they expand.
I think I'm must still be taking the older medication as opposed to those who are now on the new stuff lol.
I'm a pessamist, and it's saved me a lot of money and for noe sticking with the view "I'll believe it when I actually see it"

CC can win as many tenders as possible, but they need to remove the uncertainty over funding. They have done well on paper. Any new tender will only be good for the future, on pape and will add to their confirmed pipeline...but what will move the sp in the correct directon short term? It has to be one that either brings considerable money in, soon or get the funding sorted, and ASAP.
Once a instant revenue enhancing order in, or refinanced for year ahead. ...investors will come back in the hope that this year is the time.
What other realistic options are there to support the sp?

Afternoon Tony and All.
It seems it is now confirmed that 500, 000 units is breakeven target. Can anyone explain to me ( and I'm sure a few others here), how breakeven was 10 million units and now dropped to just 5% of this number. All I can think of is it now costs next to nothing to provide a licence, therefore all revenue Is mostly profit, as opposed to previously the costs invloved would have eaten up the revenue with production costs, meaning they would have to sell a lot more units to break even. Is this it , or am I missing something. Cheers Vas

Thanks Imperial. I'm beyond being swayed by how positive People are here, or how many staff they have previously managed, the gross revenue et etc, . What they can see, far beyond what gas been announced. We've been there and done that.

I know for a fact the history here, I await the future, anything else is pure speculation.....CC is no secret gem, it's been around the blocks. I would expect some excitement prior to the big news that many are anticapating, which should bolster the sp, not allow it to default so quickly to daily 3-5% falls in between contract news.
If this share is in line to be the next big thing.....the Hurd would be here, and they would at least stay the night. I believe their will be more news this Jan ( not a fact), and the sp reaction, along with the duration of the herd, following such news will be of interest. A reversal if the ten year graph will a joy, and one which we can all make money from, but until the next item of news we will have to continue the decline in SP. GL

Not All the posters on this board with a less than positive vibe, are shorters, or paid hire, or random people, in cells with only a laptop for company, although it may look like this sat times, or peeps wishing to see the company fail, but some have actually experienced, your positivity many times over, these past ten years, and are quite used to disappointment. Now, hoping you are correct, in your analysis, ( we can all see the potential here), how does your ultra positive position ( I've been there) provide any advantage over a more, experienced based sceptical position....we can all take advantage, be winners, make money here if it rockets for the next few years. IMO , it's not about that , it's about what happens before that, which interests me.....
