Inovio have pioneered electroporation to increase transfection of the DNA and therefore the immune response

This gives details of the INnivate UK grant funded project to manaufacture an HPV vaccine- AZ already working with inovio in this area

Also of note: IC article this week on Cell and gene therapies- mentions 5 or 6 UK companies, maket caps 14m to 500m mainly funded by collaborative funding ie not yet products. Hopefully we may get there if the manufacturing obsacles are overcome end of this year
